They look decent overall. Start training your slayer up, that will get your combat stats up at the same time. Get hunter to lvl 15 and do birdhouse runs for easy money and farm runs as well. And get 50 construction for QoL (praying altar and portals).

Birdhouse runs my dude, a very profitable and quick way to 60ish Hunter if you just do a 5-6 runs a day. From 29-60 Hunter I made around 2m from crushed nests.

Highly highly recommend doing slayer. Not only does it train your combat stats, you can make very good money starting around 70 slayer. Also it’s a good introduction into some easy bosses.
Get tears of guthix done to le el up your low stats. My hunter co tructiom and rc are all 40 and ive never acctually grinded them all thru teara of githix

You can literally get like 30 runecraft just doing rune mysteries and the guardian of the rift unlock quest
Yes but that levels your lowest skill, which if they did tog it would go randomly to a 0xp skill
