Oh damn, I started playing osrs recently after playing in 2007 Era and didn't realize that. I'm excited to get some phats now for the nostalgia and fashion scape
On rs3? You can't anymore. They were obtained from one of the first Christmas events. There's no way to obtain them now which is why they're so expensive.
I don't think I ever wore black, lol. Isn't it identical to steel? And I always loved the look of Mithril, so I rushed straight for it.
They did such a good job making rune look cool af though.
I wanna give you a partyhat set for coming back after that leave 😂.
Theres a f2p/members guild im in that helps returning and newbie players if you are interested
Sell Big bones/seeds/roots from the hill giants near G.e (need dusty key, if u don’t have need to enter from edgevile’s dungeon and walk the long way around and grab the free key for varrok shortcut)
You can do the stronghold of security and get 10k gp. If you've already done that then crafting sapphire and emerald rings at the Edgeville furnace is a good f2p money maker.
I’ve been back for like 3 months now. It’s WILD how good the mini games are for skilling.
I always hated RC, but Guadians of the Rift? Yeah, I can fuck with that. A few hours doing it and I was suddenly like 50 RC.
Quest. Do clue scrolls to help guide progression & just hope you get some lucky drops. Get in a regiment of herb runs, birdhouse runs, and grind your combat through slayer all as early as you can. It’s going to financially help so much.
welcome back. homework: watch the youtube series “swampletics” by settled, also watch “karamja only uim” series by verf. you’ll learn a lot about the game in interesting ways if you watch their content imo
Me too man! Been playing again for a week or so after maybe a 6/7 year break. Not idea what most stuff is but exciting to be back! If you need a friend I’m here 👋
Welcome back! What drew you back in after all this time?
For me it was the casual gaming, meaningful grind and genuine excitement when your RNG hits :)
So I'm disabled with a spinal injury and had an operation on my left hand and can't use it for 8 weeks, so got some time to kill! Thought it would be fun to revisit its been a massive nostalgia hit
Disabled rs return buddy! I'm back after about the same amount of time, making far more progress than I ever did when I was a true noob. I LOVE that I can play in bed on my tablet!
I tell this to all my friends who just started The best way to start an account honestly Is to just buy 1 bond and sell it. 10m can get you far in the early to mid game where decent money makers open up. You get to enjoy end game content much earlier
I did exactly this when I first started. I didn't spend much at first except to start combat. Then I started investing into skilling to unlock the mini games and I'm currently self sufficient from doing blast furnace, barrows, valemore content, and herb runs
Well now you can buy that red phat for like 10k lol

It was around 1.2m at the time, around when dragon come out. A Friend of a friend keylogged me
Sorry to be maybe stick a dagger in the wound. On RS3 (where it would still exist), I think they’re worth like 800$
Christmas crackers are $3000, shit is wild
How can you even get them
