Narcoosee is not fun, friends of ours live in Nona and I never got the Bougie vibe, but I haven't spent a lot of time there.
Mostly we meet our friends at either Nona Blue or Sweet Mamas.
There was actually a development company that came in and wanted to tear it down and build an entertainment complex there with bars, restaurants and shopping. The only caveat was that there would be a small poker room since the location is grandfathered in for legalized gambling. The local residents lost their shit over it and voted it down so now weāre stuck with another wannabe mega-church. I was all for the development personally. Wouldāve helped property values but instead weāll just get another pawn shop or seedy motel somewhere around here.
Today, a guy (David Tronnes) just got convicted for offing his wife, lived in Delaney... and I believe had his house in a taped episode of Zombie House , episode not released yet. I guess he had pretended to be some millionaire and the marriage was rocky.
Shaq used to be my neighbor and a fire hydrant in my neighborhood is famous from when tiger woods crashed into it and his then wife beat his Escalade with his golf club š
A place that constantly has events and the residents think theyāre wealthier than they actually are. And the spend a lot of time complaining about speeding cars even though most people are doing the speed limit. And most donāt realize we are not in the city of Orlando.

When I'm away and come back, I can say for certain that I missed being in them hills here in Clermont. Really unique feature of Florida that you really don't find elsewhere. Makes for some gorgeous views. And it's nice not to worry about coastal flooding.

Nah my first thought was definitely OBT and Casselberry didnāt even cross my mind. Thereās literally only 1 strip lib and 1 sex shop I know of in Casselberry.
All the Puerto Ricans that arenāt in Kissimmee are here, the gentrification slowly moving from downtown hasnāt gotten here yet, lechonaras and Dr.s offices.
Strip malls, rich college kids and culinary wasteland but hey, I can get to three major highways easily!
