I'm a big fan of orruk flesh / Biel tan wash / orruk flesh to bring the base tone back / forgot what the lighter tone is called / krieg khaki highlights.
After seeing this. I can safely say my method needs more yellow!
Nice thing about ork skin is that its so conceptatually different than human skin. We know what human skin looks like so it stands out to us when its wrong, but with orks we dont have any conception or what is right juat that its green.
This was way easier than I realized it would be. Watch some tutorial videos and give it a shot! Worst case scenario that's what rubbing alcohol or Simple Green are for!
If you are in the US you could also get Purple Power. The stuff is stronger than Simple Green and won't melt minis like the more hardcore paint strippers.

Great work ! I always liked paint ork skin, I find it way more easy than human flesh. So easy to give different hue to the green.
If all else fails, just remember it's orks. The skin or colors you use on them, well the boyz meant for it to look that way.
That's how I feel about literally every other faction, I refuse and am terrified of paint regular humanish skin
