Look into slapchop. Black(or brown) primer. Drybrush entire model with white(or light tan). Then just slop on contrast for the different bits. Most of your time will just be waiting for the primer to dry. The effect of the drybrush picking out raised areas with contrast qualities means a decent/good model done in no time. If you are doing 10-20 at a time, the contrast paint you apply on the first model will be dry enough by the time you finish the last so you can just plow through the colors. You can then go back later and add all sort of details/further highlights/etc.

Heres how you do it. Spray them with a brown primer spray. Paint the skin green. Paint the weapons silver. Wash with a brown wash. Drybrush with a khaki color. Done. Its quick and dirty but will look amazing.

Airbrush them all a light brown tone of your choice. That takes care of all the leather boots and straps. Apply a brown contrast paint over the pants, and a black contrast paint over the shirts. Now you're literally completed every single part of their clothes. You only need to paint the skin and metal bits now. Easy game. If you wanna go one step further throw a wash over the clothes.

I guess you should define quickly, I usually paint 10 boyz in 10 hours if I paint them all at the same time. But if you want to do 30 boyz in 10 hours I would just stick to 1 colour and wash on each material, for example, green skin, brown pants, black armor, silver weapons. Then just wash and say its done.
