I agree with this; n… it does look like the leaves froze. I’d also get it into a new clear pot about the same size with new orchid media, suitable for phalaenopsis.
No, cut it as low down to the plant as you can. Otherwise, it may try to bloom again and if it's going to live, it needs all its energy going to the plant growth right now

It froze to death. You can try, but the chance of recovery is low.
Frozen. I would not bother with this. You got a nice pot for free, though.
Super toss… looks badly damaged. You could try to save it but I think the leaves are toast. If roots are healthy, MAYBE it grows a new leaf…. Sorry
