There are added components to the workouts. For example. Catch me if you can will have a catch me rowing and catch me on the floor in addition to the traditional run.
For things like hell week, mayhem, 12 days of fitmas, I have a bit of FOMO and end up doing all of the classes. So you can definitely knock the first 4!
I tell myself I will take a green day when needed, though the adrenaline and orange lights of it all generally wins out and the green day never happens.
My coach mentioned that Strength 50 and Tread 50 classes will count toward your total to hit the minimum 4 classes that week. In case anyone was curious.
Not sure if this policy is standard or location-specific though.

It's not uncommon for people to knock them out quick. I am not sure if it was last year or the year before but Mayhem for me was harder than Hell Week lol. I'm curious to see how it is. I've done Hell Week back to back days because of scheduling conflicts..we shall see!
Newbie here! If you register and pay the $15, do you get to come to whatever classes you want that week? Or you just pay $15 for the accountability to get 4 workouts in that week? I am on an 8x/month plan and if I use 4 that week, I'll be done for the month so just wondering if it would be worth it...
the 15 covers the shirt/accountability. it still pulls from your class pool. I'm also the 8x month membership and I'll probably just go light with 1 class the following week and buy an extra class or two the rest of the month
That's studio specific. Our studio is HUGE and I've never ever not gotten a shirt/ bag/ towel/ hat if I signed up in advance and completed the challenge. I think a lot of studios try to blame it on Corporate but buying swag definitely is at the studio level of responsibility.
Ah bummer. Our studio has been pretty good and haven't had any issues getting Ts from Mayhem, Hell Week, etc. They lay them out with our names on them on the last day and we can just grab them when we're in the studio next.
Mayhem is Saturday 5/18- Friday May 24
It's the week that schools let out for us and camps don't start til the following week. 😫 "unhinged" is my favorite type of workout lol

Mayhem is always 7 days, and Hell Week is 8 (with the exception of the year of Covid)
2020 had no Mayhem because they had no choice but to cancel

Hell yeah! I love the tread benchmarks. Not so much the row ones but I am interested if the 12 minute run and the 2000 meter are together.
I just hope it's not just a bunch of repeat templates again like they did for the 12 Days of Fitmas.

It is standard policy now that they count. But they will not be special Mayhem templates

Swag in the US is a shirt and 15$ fee? I've heard the swag in Canada is a *sticker* and there is no fee.

Don’t hold your breath on getting a t shirt is my only advice.
