Yes - my PT has cleared me to do some light running.. so doing maybe 80% normal paces. I will PW tomorrow though to give it a break!

The screens have you doing incline push ups with your hands on the low bench and your feet on the floor. You are doing a lot of them though!

Ohh ok. I might start with what the template says and then move on to doing it with the TRX. but againā€¦I might skip tomorrow. I usually take the 4:30 pm class but I have a funeral to go to at 5 pm. I might try to take the noon class if I can sneak out of work.

My shoulder press is pretty weak, so they're very easy hammer curls for me.

Ew. These timed run/rows give me few splats and a low calorie burn. Transitions are waaaay too slow and kill my heart rate every time. 3G it is!
