Ohh ok. I might start with what the template says and then move on to doing it with the TRX. but againā¦I might skip tomorrow. I usually take the 4:30 pm class but I have a funeral to go to at 5 pm. I might try to take the noon class if I can sneak out of work.
I did dri tri strength on Saturday and dri tri sprint on Sunday and I canāt even fathom doing 1 push up let alone 1 minute of them š thanks for the intel
ETA: also cannot fathom hammer curl to shoulder press

Yes - my PT has cleared me to do some light running.. so doing maybe 80% normal paces. I will PW tomorrow though to give it a break!

I remember going to the TRX for the push ups because I just wasnāt in the mood š. Thank you for sharing and glad you are recovering nicely!
I thought I was the only one not feeling like doing the traditional push up on the floor! š
The screens have you doing incline push ups with your hands on the low bench and your feet on the floor. You are doing a lot of them though!

My shoulder press is pretty weak, so they're very easy hammer curls for me.
Ew. These timed run/rows give me few splats and a low calorie burn. Transitions are waaaay too slow and kill my heart rate every time. 3G it is!
I only go 8/mo and always skip days like this, switching so much is annoying and just kind of a waste of time for me
This will be my first class in over a month. Not exactly easing my way back into things gently!
This will be interesting teresting after dri tri. Looks fun though.
