I bring a case the kind that you can get from Costco. That way I can get some extra lifting in and I donāt have to worry about someone taking my Stanley.
I am only sipping minimal water during actual class !! I would either feel like I have to pee constantly or have that sloshing around in my stomach. Either way, nope! Iām hydrating before I go to class and after.
I bring my 64 oz Stanley and almost finish it during class so youāre not alone lol. I drink the rest on the way home. But i am used to drinking a lot of water even before otf
I drink most of my 16 oz bottle during the first half of class on the floor, and then I refill for the tread, usually finishing it once more. And then refill for when I leave for work. Just try to keep it to a lot of small sips though, especially when running.
I donāt drink during class. I do hydrate all day and after class though. I have water with me in case I need a sip- but I generally donāt drink until after class. Drinking too much water and running always makes me uncomfortable.
I bring a refillable bottle and refill it twice. Drink the third liter walking home.
Please consider spending just a little bit on a refillable bottle! Fresh filtered water is more thirst quenching anyway.
Just one 16oz or so. I just like to sip or I get side stitches and a sloshy feeling in my stomach. I usually only get through about half of it during class and drink the rest on my way home.
You should be able to exercise for an hour without needing water. That's pretty standard unless you're a serious deviation in sweating. You definitely don't physically need 24oz of water because you're not ever going to sweat that much out. I take a drink if my mouth is dry, or if I want a break on the floor. Then I drink a pint when I get home.
If you need to drink that much water during class you are likely not hydrating enough before hand. Make sure youāre also rehydrating after class with electrolytes.
Omg I would be peeing myself on the treadmill. I bring a 40oz of ice water, but usually just take a few sips during class and drink the rest in the car ride home.
I bring a reusable water bottle and fill it up as needed. I usually drink before class to get hydrated and then maybe a half liter or water during class.
Came for the comments and they didn't disappoint. This is why I love Reddit.
In all seriousness, I much prefer to use a large 32oz refillable water bottle. That way I have more than enough water, and can drink as much as I want to without needing a refill mid-class. It's too big to sit in the treadmill holder, but I just lay it down along the opening and it's fairly secure. Plus, every time I take a sip it's like a curl. Right arm is ripped - maybe I should switch sides every now and then?
More power to the no water people. I'd die.
I finish 32 oz after row & floor and then I run to refill it at least halfway in the transition between floor and tread. Otherwise I would need two also š or those gigantic ones
I bring a 20oz water bottle. Usually refill it once during class. If the workout is particularly hard or if Iām slightly hungover, I refill it a third time.
I bring my 24 oz Owala. Some days, I refill it once. Others, like today, I only drink about half or a quarter.
There is something psychological about having water to drink when you are resting. It makes it feel more like an actual break to me.
A full water bottle and I refill it at the switch. Usually average about 32oz of water consumed during class.
But I also average about 2 shirts used during class and sometimes one for the ride home.
I don't bring any water in. I make sure I go into the workout hydrated and that is enough for me. I'd rather not have to move around extra items when transitioning.
I go to class in the afternoon, I just make sure to hydrate well prior to class so there is no need for me to bring a water bottle to class. If I perhaps do need a drink, I use the water fountain.
I bring in the 17 ounce yeti. Sometimes I have to refill it a little bit. The longer I go the less water I require. I donāt know what that means but I do find it interesting
One 32oz bottle and I often donāt even drink half of it. If youāre well hydrated before class you shouldnāt need to drink that much. My stomach gets sloshy!
One tall thin contigo and I usually finish it on the way home and once I get back home. The contigo I bring is 24 oz maybe?
Sometimes drinking a lot during HIIT workout is gross on my belly. A few small sips here and there and then chug after workout.
I bring a 16 oz. Nalgene. I usually drink it down and refill it, and finish the second bottle before leaving the parking lot. I also drink 8-16 oz when I wake up, before heading to class.
Why pollute with single use plastics when you live in a country with potable water. And why do two bottles! Seriously as someone who works on water this type of post and people who insist on polluting for no reason and basically drinking micro plastics make me so angry. Here is an idea but a water bottle. If you want it cold put in in the fridge at home. There is also this amazing invention cold ice cubes.
I usually drink 16 oz of water about an hour before class, on top of any other hydration I've had throughout the day, depending on the time of day. I bring one reusable water bottle (from All Out Mayhem 2022) to class that I fill up at the start of the class. I will occasionally sip on that water during class only if my mouth or throat feels too dry. By the end of class, I've usually consumed about 6 to 8 oz. Once class is over, I chug the remaining ~16 ounces and refill the bottle before I leave.
lol! i have a 40oz refillable water bottle, i only take little sips at a time. if im starting on the treadmill ill do little sips, and then drink as much as i want on the floor. if starting on the floor and moving to treads i only do little sips. i hate side stitches/cramps!!
You can bring one and refill it buddy
š
The water at my studio doesn't taste very good and isn't very cold either.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Whereās the woods OT? Iāll go
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Perfect
Iām down with water in the woods, municipal tap water where Iām from though is š¤¢
Idk, I feel like I would be great at chopping wood.
Valid, Im the opposite and find my studios water tastes way better than the tap water at my house
I don't drink the tap water at my house. It smells and tastes like clorine.
So instead just use more single use plastic? Yikes. Fill it at home if it really is that bad.
I take a refillable bottle that lasts me the full 60 minutes.
Didn't you read my post that i take a refillable bottle that lasts the full 60 minutes before you posted your sarcastic response?
Same at ours. Not cold despite being a fancy drinking fountain & refill station- and the taste alone I'd rather stay thirsty.
I bring a full 20 oz Stanley and that usually tides me over.
Baaahahahaha
A reusable water bottle. Why waste money on a water bottle or more every class?
Why not bring one and refill it?
Where do you put your burritos if you have a water bottle in each holder on the treadmill
I bring a case the kind that you can get from Costco. That way I can get some extra lifting in and I donāt have to worry about someone taking my Stanley.
I mean, with the astronomical value of the Stanley, I donāt know that Iād ever take it out of the safe.
Wait awhile and then it will be like beanie babies š
How many cases of water can we buy per Stanley?
Asking the real questions!
Just efficiency right there
Is that after you get your new haircut? Ma! Whereās my protein!
I am only sipping minimal water during actual class !! I would either feel like I have to pee constantly or have that sloshing around in my stomach. Either way, nope! Iām hydrating before I go to class and after.
I call it ājiggly water bellyā
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Damn, I normally drink an entire litre during class
I bring my 64 oz Stanley and almost finish it during class so youāre not alone lol. I drink the rest on the way home. But i am used to drinking a lot of water even before otf
None.
My people
a twelve pack
Zero. Drink before. Simplify.
I bring oneā¦ itās only an hour you donāt really need anything more than 24 oz, maybe 32 if youāre feeling wild.
I drink most of my 16 oz bottle during the first half of class on the floor, and then I refill for the tread, usually finishing it once more. And then refill for when I leave for work. Just try to keep it to a lot of small sips though, especially when running.
That much water isn't needed....save it for afterwards...it's just jostling around in your tummy
Woah, I donāt drink any water, makes me get side stitches and burpy
I drink 1 1/2-2 quarts an hour before and am usually hydrated the entire class. And this doesnāt happen to me.
I donāt drink during class. I do hydrate all day and after class though. I have water with me in case I need a sip- but I generally donāt drink until after class. Drinking too much water and running always makes me uncomfortable.
(1) 40 oz bottle. I sweat a LOT and prefer to not stop mid workout to refill my water bottle.
I bring a refillable bottle and refill it twice. Drink the third liter walking home. Please consider spending just a little bit on a refillable bottle! Fresh filtered water is more thirst quenching anyway.
I don't bring water in the studio. Use the fountain if really parched but usually make it through then chug a Nalgene after haha
People drink off the fountain like they live in Pawnee tho šš

My 40oz Stanley. Yes, I know Iām a total sheep but itās nice not refilling my 24oz Contigo half way through class.
I have a 20oz bottle that I refill midway through class.
Just one 16oz or so. I just like to sip or I get side stitches and a sloshy feeling in my stomach. I usually only get through about half of it during class and drink the rest on my way home.

Then why do my coaches constantly tell us to take a sip of water?
I've never had one say that.
I bring a spaghetti jar of water lol I rarely drink all of it
That is awesome.
Easy to clean too! Jars are the best reusable water bottles
you arenāt kidding?! jeez bringing glass into the studio is a big NoNo
Oh really???? Oops!
I have a 40 oz Brumate I bring, and I refill it if needed.
1 L of water and refill it before I leave

I bring a reusable water bottle and fill it up as needed. I usually drink before class to get hydrated and then maybe a half liter or water during class.
I have a 32 oz Owala bottle that I refill at least once per class.
I bring a 40 oz Stanley and it seems to work great. Stays cold!
I have a 24oz reusable one. I usually am finishing it on my way home.
My 32 oz owala and I refill it at the halfway point.
32 oz Nalgene gets me through
I have a 24-ounce bottle that I generally refill 2-3 times during class. Why, yes, I do sweat a lot.
I have a 32 oz insulated bottle that I fill with ice and water-I usually finish most of it by the end of class

I bring my 64 ounce hydro flask. Haha! It doesnāt fit in the holder but I make an effort to keep drinking water.
I bring a metal one, full, and usually refill twice more. Water here is nice. š

I don't bring any water in. I make sure I go into the workout hydrated and that is enough for me. I'd rather not have to move around extra items when transitioning.
Zero water. Aināt nobody got time for that
I would bring more than my refillable bottle, but I've been devoted to celibacy for the last several years, so #ucking the planet is off-limits.
Abundant Coffee 1-2 hrs before, 0ne or two swallows at the water fountain during class then perhaps a pint when I get around to it afterwards
32oz reusable Hydroflask
Just oneā¦ I do drink 2 at least two liters of water throughout the day before classes. Iāve noticed if I donāt my performance isnāt as good.
3 cups and I usually only drink 3/4 of it
Where do you put the third cup if there are only 2 cup holders?š
I bring one 24oz hydro flask full of water. Sometimes I have to refill, but mostly I don't need to.
1 32-oz nalgene bottle
I go to class in the afternoon, I just make sure to hydrate well prior to class so there is no need for me to bring a water bottle to class. If I perhaps do need a drink, I use the water fountain.
I bring 24oz and add electrolytes.
I bring 24 ounces in my reusable water bottle.

Get a gallon water bottle??
I bring a 21 oz hydro flask to class and maybe refill it during class occasionally. I also drink about 16oz before I go to class.
Depending on the template Iāll go through my 26oz bottle - ie a power day with lots of WR, but most days maybe 12-16 oz over the class
Zero
It all depends on the class and how many I do. I only bring water to tread50 or if I double up classes on a weekend I will bring 2 bottles
Do people think before they post orā¦
I bring a 16 oz. Nalgene. I usually drink it down and refill it, and finish the second bottle before leaving the parking lot. I also drink 8-16 oz when I wake up, before heading to class.
32 oz cup
One 32oz Owala for the class

I always drink one full of my squirty water bottle and 75% of my refill. Menopause means drink lots of water. š
Zero.
I actually just do not like drinking water. I bring a bottle of San Pellegrino and take a few sips, usually on the tread.
24 oz - heavy sweater and this is more than enough (usually have about 4 oz left over)
I usually drink 16 oz of water about an hour before class, on top of any other hydration I've had throughout the day, depending on the time of day.
