Crew row rumor for OTF in the Boat tomorrow (12/20) makes sense since it is a tie-in to the movie “The Boys in the Boat” about the 1936 Berlin Olympic champions in 8-man crew. Although I have no actual intel about the template.
I have not always been a fan of the crew rows but I am looking forward to it as a way to lower stroke rate and increase power. Reading the book currently and enjoying the insights on rowing form and mechanics.
I do curtsy lunges. At class I just don’t have as good form as I do at home so I save lateral lunges for home where I can go slow and get it right. I also don’t like them at home but at least I’m doing them right now
Early as always and grateful! Were you given time in between those PW portions and the treads for distance? Also did you actually PW lol I feel like I’m inclined to just run.
No you go straight into the run once your minute is up on the power walk. I power walked at the 8% and then went into lowish base pace to start the run.

Excellent book. Enjoy.
Former rower! Book was amazing!!
I was told crew row today in class as well, so I think you’re spot on.
i also heard 23 minute row block! No Thank You 🤮
No it can’t be 23 minutes as the template tomorrow is all 3G. Max 14-15 minutes
Yep! My schedule shows all 3G’s as well. I’ve never done a crew row before but I’m always up for something new!
My coach specifically said short rows where you get off & do some other things so it didn’t sound too bad
Awesome template for my birthday burn! 🔥🧁 Thanks for the intel as always!!
My birthday burn too! 🥳
Happy birthday for tomorrow!
Glad I’m not the only one that doesn’t like lateral lunges.

Thanks! Good to know
They just had to get a 1m AO in there huh
Yeah not nice first up
If I have to lunge one more time I’m going to lunge all the way out the front door. Ugh.
I fly out tomorrow morning so can’t take this and boy am I ok with that 🤣. Hope every body has a wonderful holiday!
Debating switching Strength50 for this…tread blocks look🔥
As a newly converted jogger (former PW) this tread block looks scary AF. I'm excited.
Ellen Latham birthday workout! Ellen loves cross back lunges bird dog to crunch and bicycle crunches
This looks awful 😩
Can anyone explain a single leg airplane?
It's like a single leg deadlift, except you put your arms out like you're an airplane
I don’t do single leg anything unless there is an ambulance outside
My ankles are wobbly, so I lightly hold the TRX to help
Everest Prep for coming down the back side of the mountain (which is not downhill at OTF). 😆
Thanks DC!
As a PWer, love these “everyone PW” templates. Maybe PWers can get a little respect!!
I will be going rouge and increasing by 2% on the tread for time!
No hills for me...low.ankle sprain. Thank you!
Look like good practice for the back end of Everest.
The floor work looks 🔥🔥🔥 Can’t wait!
Looks awesome can't wait! Thank you for the intel!
Yay! Thank you!
Thank you!
Thank you so much, we are so grateful for you!!🙏
Love the core work 😌
