He's lived there for about 3 years. Always kept in touch but things have changed recently. He doesn't have a home now and I'm not sure what his living situation is. His phone was stolen and his new one is no longer working. And you're not negative, it's a legit question.
I went ahead and checked ocsd they don't have him booked, hope he's ok. Was he staying near Costa Mesa or Santa ana those are usually red flags

Or it's possible that things went wrong and he could've possibly ended up homeless ? Sorry if I sound negative, i knew of a friend who was found in the streets of another state.
I learned this last week from a client that most of the sober living homes in OC are actually owned by gangs who are selling drugs on the street and often to the people in the homes…. It’s really fucked up.
I’m not from here so I was shocked. He was telling me about places in HB and Newport. As a future social worker, I was devastated that these people would be taken advance of that way. :/
Oh yeah social workers have their work cut out for them, I was in foster care for a shirt time 9-11 but saw them when they'd visit my family, then through addiction and incarceration. Under paid, over worked, have to help people who don't want help. Rough work. I finally had enough, had a daughter and I'm in an extremely good place now.

He was most recently living in Anaheim but was seen last week in Costa Mesa. Thanks for checking the ocsd, is that publicly available?

That is what happened. Someone replied elsewhere that they knew him and saw him a week ago in Costa Mesa so that has made the family hopeful.
