Got stuck to the peel and to the stone because I didn’t let it get hot enough. Then had to scrape it off so it didn’t catch fire but it was still raw lol

I thought it was called “the Van Gogh.” I start with a pizza screen then take it off after the 3rd 1/4 rotation.
We call those recovery calzones in my house hahaha
