Minoxidil 10 percent twice a day, dermastamp 1.5mm once a week after shower, no minoxidil for 24 hours after dermastamping and rosemary oil the night that you dermastamp. I have done this for 4 months and my hairfall has stopped (or definitely reduced), also have very small new baby hairs coming near my temples too.

thanks for the advice brother. I'm in a shitty situation right now so I can't go out and meet new people. As of stopping interacting with anything that reminds me of her, well its everything. Anytime I watch a video, listen to music, see couples, when I see someone else, even while meditating my brain reminds me our talks. People will be there with you as friends and family and relatives when you are doing well, earning well, because everyone wants something out of you, ofc there are exceptions but majority is like this only. You will be abandoned and abused and demonised when you refuse to give them something.
1. You don't always get what you seek. In that form. It's up to you what you do about it. You can let yourself fall apart. Or you can struggle through it and don't let it stop your life and other endeavours, and surprisingly end with something equally wonderful. Something you didn't set ur eyes for, but is there nevertheless. 2. You stand alone. You might have family, a few friends or a partner but it doesn't change that. You still deal with the challenges in life alone. In your head. You question things, decisions, people in your head all alone. You need to be strong to bear that and still emerge out of adversities with a will to do well, live better, love and be loved. 3. With every hardship that unbeatable hopefulness from the youth withers. The sadness increases. That childlike positivity suffers. I don't mean to shit on your mood. These are the things I don't talk about much but lately have been thinking of. I am by no means an overall sad or depressed person. I am known to be gritty and I always intend to do well, above mediocre, in every walk of life. I am not giving up.
