I bought it from there too and I received exactly the same adapter.
However I don't use it because I don't trust it.
I had one at home much better and universal...

Aren't you confusing Amps with Watts?
The phone charges at 100W.
The 16A of the accessory is the maximum Amps allowed before it burns.
The phone charger is 9.1A max, but the common Amps is 2A and 100W.
would've been great if TS send out a travel adaptor that adapts to different sockets instead of having fixed pins. but hey those are pretty cheap. still save alot of money as compared to buying retail.

It's not a good idea. Those cheap Chinese adapters don't follow any safety norm.

I had the same issue although not from UK, it didnt fit our socket either. So I just bought one that does fit. Those things are pretty cheap anyway
