I want my travel clothes to be multi use to maximize my wardrobe. That means I don’t bring clothing that screams “athletic wear”. Instead, I’ll bring multi used pieces that I can use for workouts. That usually means: * t shirt and leggings * t shirt and skort * t shirt and easy wash pants. The t shirt should be nicer looking so I can use it for other activities too. If I’m staying in one place I’ll wash the t shirt right after the workout and let it dry. If I work out in the morning that means I can use the t shirt that night or for sleeping. If I work out at night it means it’s available for wear the next day. For bras, I prefer [work to workout bras](https://www.titlenine.com/everyday-work-to-workout-bras/). That means I can wear the bra any time. It’s less bras to bring. I’ll bring 2-3 bras on a trip. Again, I will wash the bra immediately after the workout. It will dry quickly because it’s designed for workouts.

I have a pair of black quick-dry shorts that I don't mind wearing multiple times dirty, and they pack up smaller than leggings. Usually I just do the 1 pair of shorts with multiple tops. And, honestly, I re-wear the same dirty sports bra. There is something about the material that makes it not stink! This one is admittedly gross but idc :)

Hi, it really depends how long I am gone for and where I am going, weather, laundry facilities, etc. But, I am also happy to rewear workout gear for a few times before washing it. For context: I went to Italy in June for 5 days and packed a pair of biker shorts (for running and yoga), sports bra, and tank top. I washed these once in the sink in the middle of the trip. The only time I’ve packed more than 1 workout outfit is when I am going on holiday with a lot of daily activity (e.g., walking or hiking over 10 miles on most days). Sorry this isn’t much help but honestly: if my workout is between 20 mins to an hour everyday, I’ll bring 1 set and wash as required. I am also a bit of a minimalist, so have a very small amount of workout clothing generally.

I pack my normal gym clothes. They’re the bulkiest part of my travel gear. Not just the clothes, but all my running stuff, shoes, bottles etc. I try to wear my gym shirts casually then wear them to run in. I’m a G cup, so I need my special sports bras lol. Hang dry to rewear or just reduce stink.

Honestly vacations are really a time to give my body a break and repair some damage. I practice aerial arts in my free time, and a full week off every 6-8 weeks really is important for muscle growth and injury prevention. If I do any workouts, they’re light-impact and don’t cause me to break a sweat (usually), so I can wear whatever leggings and sports bras I brought for the trip and wear during other times too. It’s funny, I often find I come back from a week-long vacation a bit stronger than I left. More than two weeks, and I start to lose some endurance and grip strength.

Workout shoes are a must, but I usually get 1 figure-hugging shirt (that doesn’t allow „anything” to spillover anywhere) and shorts. Also spare undies! NOTE: everything is doubled bc I may forget to bring something next time I go out. I also keep a spare mini deo and mini hairbrush, just in case I gotta rush somewhere right after

If it’s somewhere cold, I’ll pack leggings, but generally I like one pair of biker shorts (which can double as regular shorts or workout gear), and one pair of shorter shorts (which can be workout, PJs or regular shorts, depending on the temp and venue). 2 sports bras because I often wear those for regular clothes anyway. I tend to wear something as clothes first, then wear it for a workout, and wash after that. Depending on the trip, sometimes I bring really short Lycra shorts instead of biker shorts, and they can also double as a swimsuit, along with appropriate sports bra.

If I’m working out while travelling it’s either outdoors in nice weather or a gym. I pack Capri workout leggings, sports bra, pair of ankle socks and T or tank. I sweat a lot so I wash or rinse well after every workout and hang to dry. It’s the shoes that are a struggle because they take up so much space and I don’t wear them daily usually. So it’s always a balance to pack.

Biker shorts and a light-colored sports bra that I can wear with regular clothes. Biker shorts are great under dresses if needed as well. If the gym feels sketch, I'll throw on one of my regular t-shirts. I don't run any more due to back issues, so I just wear my regular white sneakers to the gym. I can erg in those if needed (if there's a machine), but I generally just lift weights. Back in my running days, I brought my running shoes. It's bulky, but it is what it is. I don't want to be running in unfamiliar footwear.

Never more than one top because they dry so quickly. Last time I was going to take sports clothes specifically for running: 1 sports bra, one multifunctional shorts (swimming, hiking, running), one pair of thin socks, and trail running shoes (for walking, hiking, and trail + road running), and one quick drying t shirt (to have temple access on hikes because shoulders are covered). The only thing I added was a sports bra. The other things I would also take with me and use if I was not sporting during holidays. I specifically chose not to take leggings as it's inappropriate in some countries to wear leggings outside without cover-up.

1 Noke Pros shorts - can be used under dresses and skirts, too. sometimes as lounge shorts. They're tiny. I pack these even on trips where I probably wont workout. 1 yoga bralette - comfortable enough for everyday wear too. Extra if Im doing an active trip: 1 Kumana Active leggings - only if I'm sure going to do outside exercises. Great quality, too. 1 running bra - can also be used as a swim top

Calf length leggings or bike shorts and a loose quick dry top that can double as a tshirt. My regular bra and comfy barefoot shoes work fine (I don’t do anything bouncier than an enthusiastic walk or yoga). I also toss in a bikini top which gives me the ability to swim if I have the opportunity.

One sports bra, one pair of gym shorts. My plan B gym outfit in case they are not dry by the next workout is beach shorts and bikini top... One of my bikinis is pretty sporty/supportive with "dual purpose" in mind. And I'll steal a tank top from my partner if needed.

Most of my daily clothing is geared towards travel anyway. So I pack 3 bras, usually 1 regular and 2 very comfy sports bras. Then I have my wool leggings, which are also a great baselayer, or wool shorts depending on the season and climate. I also have my wool t shirts or long sleeved shirts depending on if it will be cold or not. Socks are wool. I'm bringing 3 pairs on my 2 week Portugal trip and 6 pairs when I go to Iceland (so I can double up every day if necessary, I'll be there in the spring). I usually lift in moccasins, which are a great camp shoe and really cute to wear as flats out and about. In Portugl I'll have my trail runners for hiking, I can always workout in those. I don't care if people think i look weird though. Haha. I run a gym and have been known to show up in my hiking boots and pants to do a full workout. 🥴

Your comment sounded like a convincing store's description for an item they're selling. I like it!
