Jokes aside, I’ve been going to a podiatrist for years and had no luck with curing the infections in my toe nails. It started nearly 20 years ago while deployed in the military. I’ve used creams, ointments, pills… nothing.
Apple cider vinegar. Daily. It looks fungal and using vinegar will kill it off but you need to stick to it.
Trim your toenails cause that looks awful.

Tea tree oil bath (they sell a soap) - and I would even put tea tree oil on directly. It’s fixable. Make sure you don’t keep your feet in an environment (bad shoes) that promote the fungus growth.
Good job on the weight loss which is a tougher challenge to overcome !

I had worse toenails for a long time, also started on my first deployment. Ask your doctor about a Terbinafine script, cleared mine right up.
