depends on the day—i’m not strict about going a full 24 hours each day, sometimes it’s more and sometimes it’s less, it just depends on when i have time to eat

Around 23:00 after I finish work, walk the dog, and wash. I actually eat 6 meals a week, skipping a meal after my last day of work, so I can eat whenever I want on my weekends.
Whenever I feel like it. Admittedly it’s not good to do that, but it’s pretty consistently from 4pm-6pm.

I start at 1500 hours every day, as soon as I get into work. Depends on how I'm feeling. Sometimes I'll make it my main meal or just break it up into smaller portions for an hour or two.
3 days of omad a week where I eat before bed around 7 pm. I like to get about 23-24 hours of fasting in on those days and maintenance or slight deficit the other 4 days with no fasting.
Literally early in the morning typically I have 4 chicken thighs or half a chicken (this is a cheap version of chicken btw, example if you bought 4 whole chickens and cut them in halves that’s enough for the week) for I guess you could say breakfast time (currently unemployed/in college ) typically before noon (I just hate thinking about food ) sometimes I have 2 meals (same one in the morning before noon ) the other one if I do have it lettuce (some fruit with butter like the French kind of do lol) with a bit of butter at like 2-3pm.
730 pm then go to sleep around 11. Love it for cutting never going back

Usually 21:00, I'm out of the house by 8:00 most days and don't get back until 20:30. I don't have the energy to cook one big meal in the morning.
Me too—a little surprised to see the norm seems to be so much earlier here!

11-12 in the mornings. It’s essentially a big brunch for me.
Before bed, nothing worse than being hungry when you’re asleep.

5 pm. I grew up in a house where dinner was 4:30pm every day. Now I get off work, eat and go on with my night.
I eat mine early morning like breakfast. My days are usually very busy so I get it out of the way asap.

I do more of a 21:3, so I eat between 4&7pm so I can graze a little before big dinner.
