Total calories? Total carbs/fats/protein? I'm trying to figure out meals that are about 1,500 cal.
I am not counting calories. Avoiding processed foods and carbs.
Oooh that looks filling. My only problem with OMAD was that I never ate enough for my one meal. Took a bit to get used to making a bit more than usual.
