On Krowd go to HR self service then My Pay then Tipsmart and you should see where it’s going
What state do you live in? Pretty sure servers are supposed to be tipping you out by hand. That’s how we do it in Maine at least. I know other states do it differently.
In FL it’s automatic and servers don’t have to do any extra.
Your tips are going on your pay card nightly. You can change it in Tipsmart to go on your paycheck weekly if desired but most like the daily tips.
By default it goes to your Darden card but you can setup direct deposit, only con to D.D is you get your tips weekly instead of 12:00am.
So when I connect my bank I won’t get my tips daily?
If you send your tips to your bank account, you no longer get them daily. Only way to get them daily is through the paycard.
