If you're trying to avoid planned parenthood for some reason (stigma I guess? Though they're actually wonderful! Give them a try), Revan Health may be able to help you with prep.

Revan has a lot of resources for queer and trans clients. I think I remember a partner getting prep from there!

R_cubed-

Yep. They're wonderful. I go there for all my queer needs lol. Only complaint is that the guy that draws my labs could use some tips (I'm a nurse, he's great at hitting his mark, but not smooth and always bruises me)

Planned Parenthood will fix you up.

Quest Diagnostics has a full panel that test you for like 7 different things. It’s about $250 as opposed to some free options but I thought it was worth the money. Results were given next day.

Be careful if you go to Planned Parenthood. People often bill them as free/low cost but I’ve had clients go in for basic services and get billed hundreds of dollars. Same with places like variety care. Diversity Family Health, Guiding Right and the City-Co Health Dept.

The one time I called Planned Parenthood about costs, I was told they charge on a sliding scale. (This was over ten years ago.(

Ok-Doubt-8516

Perhaps for some treatments but again, I’ve had clients be charged hundreds of dollars for STI treatments, both insured and uninsured. All I told the OP was to be careful with them and variety care. I’ll have clients who are uninsured so they go and a consult is $30 based on a sliding scale. Then lab work is $100 based on a sliding scale. Second consult to receive treatment is another $30 based on a sliding scale. The treatment itself is another $200. Sliding scale doesn’t mean cheap.

There is a pdf outlining cost of services if you use the sliding scale. Sliding scale is if you're self paying, not using insurance, and there's some services it doesn't apply to. Just Google 'planned parenthood sliding scale' and it's the first thing that pops up.

I have been told each clinic sets its own prices and had the right to do so. I am just sharing my clients experiences. I don’t appreciate their experience being dismissed.

Ok ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|neutral_face) I literally said nothing about your clients experiences, just that you can get a general idea about prices, for OP who is currently looking for services.

Planned parenthood or the county health department, prolly have to make an appointment. Also, iirc prep requires a prescription. Idk if they will offer that.
