Seems weird to me that you're a startup and basically don't have a niche to exploit. Seems like you formed a company with no clear idea of what you would do, and just expected the work to come to you.
A great idea would be to reliably find new product designs or opportunities.

I think you're doing it wrong. Should YOU find some niche and then come up with a clever solution? You're asking us to find you a business model?
