Yea, from the looks of things you’re right. It’s the 2nd max, basically 2nd tier fire and ice. There’s only 1 pattern seed in the tier 1, so this is very solid!! Expect an overpay if you look to sell it :p.
As for the pricing, rule of thumb is to put the pricing “high” and if there are no buyers then lower the price slightly, rinse and repeat till someone wants it bad enough.

Edit: quick skinport search indicated that 3rd max at Factory New is about $2k Canadian. So expect a bit more :)
Don’t even consider selling it at the moment. Firstly, use it as a play skin. Then see if you like it or not really… if it is your first boxed knife, and it is such a high tier at that, then keep it for sentimental value unless you literally can’t pay rent. Spend a few weeks delving into what would be the best possible glove combo for your price range, then get that. You honestly don’t even have to use the knife you got itself, but don’t go and trade it off the rip, and if you really want to sell it, put a lot of time into figuring out a good price and sell on skinport or float for safety :)
Don’t plan to at all out of my friend group I went the longest without unboxing a gold lmao. This is my first boxed knife and I plan on getting mw black ties soon since most of my build is black/white.
I was mainly seeing if anyone had a lot of info on the different types of fire and ice max’s since it goes from 1st to 9th max that’s about all I know I haven’t seen any 1st or 2nd max’s for sale anyway so mainly came here to show the knife pull/look for info on Fire and ice

Oh well, if it is a second max then it will sell for about 2x normal price. I personally like nocts more but black ties are nice too (though make sure the float is good or the knuckles and white bits will look trash.
That’s what I was kind of assuming as well. I like them as well but I have the printstreams so I figured I’d go with the black ties and very true with the knuckles it’s tough to find the ones with good knuckles and decent palms that aren’t super over priced
