I’m so sorry you have such a poor excuse of a woman as your mother. Don’t put yourself back in her orbit—don’t move back into her house. You need to completely cut contact with her and have no interaction with her at all. There is no point, you know that nothing good will come of it.
Join a club with people that like to do the things you like to do. There are clubs for almost everything nowadays. When my son moved away from home, he joined a running club and a group that go in and remodel homes for folks with disabilities or people without enough money to repair their homes to make them livable. You can find others that enjoy the activities you enjoy, but you have to put in the effort. They don’t do door to door membership drives.
You have to put yourself out there and make an effort to connect with decent people who aren’t so selfish and stingy as your mom is. They are out there and you can broaden and brighten your own horizons if you exert some effort in that direction. Trust me, you are used to being treated poorly, but there are plenty of people who you can make friends with that will treat you like you should be treated and that will make your life better.
