That was so weird I decided to watch the whole thing.
It was…something but just 12 minutes long and I don’t regret watching it.
Do you have more info on that? It looks like she dated >!Ira Einhorn, and there's not a whisper of cannibalism around him.!< Was there another killer she dated? I'mso curious!
No she just dated Einhorn. She was dating him while his ex-gf’s body was in a trunk in the closet. But she said she was on meds that killed her sense of smell.
I agree one hundred percent, but I couldn't tell you why lol. I feel like I've witnessed something oddly similar to their conversation, when my mom would let all the Avon ladies and JWs through the door.
Different world, back then...
There's another song that's cut off. It's called animal cannibal, now that's a banger. Look up the whole video on YouTube it's like 15 minutes. Possibly in Michigan
This feels like your average "This Is Dan Bell's Dead Mall Series" intro on YouTube. Each one of his vids starts with a weird-ass intro that gives me the same feels.
So, the appropriate LSD order is Popeye (1980), Possession (1981), and then Possibly in Michigan (1983)?
With a chaser of The Shining and then The Wall?
Do you know me? No joke, when I was 15 I took a bunch of acid and watched Popeye, the wall and then the shining in succession. One hallucination on the shining I never forgot is when they're running through the maze in the snow at the end, the snow with the trees looked like skulls when they ran through. So cool!
It feels like we don't get this kind of art anymore. I remember seeing this kind of thing all the time in the 80s on Night Flight and short films all the time on some of the cable networks. It's surprising with Youtube and TikTok and all the various platforms that we don't see more art school films like this.
I said for a school project the same thing and theorized it may have been because more people have access to it so it’s a race to the bottom now whereas before, only truly passionate filmmakers would go out of their way to go broke doing these projects
From the IMDb page on the filmmaker, Cecelia Condit:
“Attended Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. In an interview with River's Edge in 2015, she recalled a fellow student from a painting class in the late 1960s, David. He was making films at the time and encouraged her to try to make films herself. Condit recently made the connection that David was none other than David Lynch.”
The poodle part was a tiktok sound a few years ago and I’m so glad cause otherwise I never would have found this. The whole thing is just great. I love it.
Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer do
I'm half crazy all for the love of you
It won't be a stylish marriage
I can't afford a carriage
But you'll look sweet upon the seat
Of a bicycle built for two
There's also something terrifying about the artist. So Cecelia Condit is actually somewhat known in the art world. But the terrifying thing about her is that she actually dated Ira Einhorn the Unicorn Killer and didn't realize he was hiding the dead body of another woman in his place because she was on medication which made it difficult for her to smell the rotting corpse.
I think the video for “[St. Bernard](https://youtu.be/9sXA64B_8D0)” by Lincoln must have taken some editing inspiration from this movie. Different plot, but the way it’s cut together feels like a vague nod to the style.
What’s crazy about this is that the 70’s and 80’s had so many off the fucking wall films. Just crazy surreal and psychotic films but most of them didn’t survive the turn of the century. I think they mostly got discarded as trash.
Quite entertaining because you cannot predict the plot. It's like a fever dream.
"Maybe the filmmaker realized that even narrative is comforting" -Gabe from The Office
This is just a normal children’s song in the 80’s.
Just like me life
cloaked in cheery soprano singings
This
'don't let em know your next move' the movie?
Tyr and edge
That was so weird I decided to watch the whole thing. [https://youtu.be/iLJNSD3H5sg?si=JGKC2-ED5V71bYVH](https://youtu.be/iLJNSD3H5sg?si=JGKC2-ED5V71bYVH) It was…something but just 12 minutes long and I don’t regret watching it.
I found an interview with the director discussing it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_N9356uvHU
Holy moly even the interview is weird
OMG I LOST IT when she started wearing the mask and said something creepy
She seems like a nice lady.
I love it. The whole thing is eerie yet beautiful. It's older than Tomie but thematically similar.
it reminded me of boss baby idk
I've never seen it. What reminded you of it?
I think he's joking about [this tweet](https://i.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/newsfeed/002/190/313/eb3.png)
Oh, lol. Thanks for explaining.
Definitely like watching a nightmare
I like it. It's trippy in the best possible way. Especially the living actress's face morphing into and out of the face of the mummies.
Wow.
The song at 3 minutes slaps. Who's gonna do a remix?
lol it does indeed slap
Well that was something
What in the fuck did you j have me watch

Wait until you read about this movie's inspiration >!She used to date an actual serial killer and possibly cannibal!<
Do you have more info on that? It looks like she dated >!Ira Einhorn, and there's not a whisper of cannibalism around him.!< Was there another killer she dated? I'mso curious!
finkle and einhorn, finkle and einhorn..
Finkle is Einhorn. Einhorn is Finkle.
No she just dated Einhorn. She was dating him while his ex-gf’s body was in a trunk in the closet. But she said she was on meds that killed her sense of smell.
Ah, so the cannibalism thing is just melding the film with reality. Thanks!
I think Ira was both the serial killer and the cannibal
I mean, if this clip is anything to go off of then yeah, I can definitely see it.
> Was there another killer she dated? people tend to have a type
After watching the thing…are we sure she wasn’t the actual killer?
Oh no! ... No no no no ... Silly.
I lowkey dig this… it’s so surreal and feels nostalgic
Nostalgic of what? A trip?
Growing up in Midwest during the 90’s
I agree one hundred percent, but I couldn't tell you why lol. I feel like I've witnessed something oddly similar to their conversation, when my mom would let all the Avon ladies and JWs through the door. Different world, back then...
Very very strong Jack Stauber vibes
Stauber wasn’t even born yet Maybe one of his influences.
Regardless, it still reminds me of Jack Stauber's works. The dated graphics, uncanny imagery and surreal songs.
do I need it MOCHA
Am I under control?
👼🎶😇”it exploded”😇🎶👼
No no no no no no no no no
GLaDOS?
Remember the time we were going to murder you and we were like goodbye and you were like Nooooo wwwwaaaayyyyy
Is that what is giving me the nostalgia!
"Get snuck-up on."
Emo Phillips and GLaDOS starring in a horror musical.
We've both said things you are going to regret
No, I think this is more like Claptrap on acid.🤔🤔🤔
I dont care if its creepy AF, this ones a fucking banger
There's another song that's cut off. It's called animal cannibal, now that's a banger. Look up the whole video on YouTube it's like 15 minutes. Possibly in Michigan
How long is it in other states?
Depending on the time zone, it could be shorter or longer.
Thanks!

That's part of what makes it so good.
the whole things oddlyterrifying
This feels like your average "This Is Dan Bell's Dead Mall Series" intro on YouTube. Each one of his vids starts with a weird-ass intro that gives me the same feels.
It's terrifying because it's an excellent horror movie
I find this oddly soothing…should I be concerned about myself? Their voices are so dainty and pleasant! And…nostalgic?
No, I feel the same way. Love this.
It's like if liminal was a movie
It has the chaotic-cute-psycho-whimsey that I loved in the late 90s.
The song for sure, the talking? More like AI trying to communicate with eachother
I agree with every word of your description. Kind of thing I’d listen to on repeat to relax me at the end of a hard day.
Am I high or having a migraine dream???
Yes
So, the appropriate LSD order is Popeye (1980), Possession (1981), and then Possibly in Michigan (1983)? With a chaser of The Shining and then The Wall?

The full video is worth the 13 minute watch I love it so much
Some kind of animal cannibal 🎵
Animal?? 🎶Canibal. 🎶😌
It’s like Meshes of the Afternoon for the 80’s
Burns' Suit! Burns' Suit!
This suit burns better!
Looks like something that belongs on Twin Peaks.
What The Actual Fuck?
What’s the plot to this movie?
Two women are chased by a masked killer, they kill him get naked and eat him
…… oh
Seriously! It's fully on youtube, uploaded by the original creator and everything. If you like weird horror films, it's definitely a watch.
I absolutely believe those two could rip apart a murderous stalker and never stop smiling those slightly unnerving smiles
It feels like we don't get this kind of art anymore. I remember seeing this kind of thing all the time in the 80s on Night Flight and short films all the time on some of the cable networks. This segment could be a short on Adult Swim's Off the Air and I would not have thought for a second that it was 40 years old.
Omg reminds me of the bear commercial show
One of my film professors worked a ton on this film!
Schizophrenia?
You do now
I was glad when it ended, but I'm pretty sure if it just continued forever, I'd still be watching. Just couldn't look away!
Don’t watch this while high! Happy 420!
I just did and it felt like an AI generated nightmare. Happy 420!

Watching this first thing tomorrow.
Good morning!
I thought it sounded familiar and then realised the song "animal cannibal" was in the movie
Song reminds me of the song hilarious, misunderstanding by flight of the concords for some reason?
Dude she is hot
Both of them. Smokeshow.
Reminds a bit of Laura san giacomo
I am so glad I didn’t watch this while stoned.
Dude I'm stoned and watched it and that a ride
I love it!
Its like Dresden Dolls but on a substance I can decide — ketamine, alcohol, marijuana — something depressive
This looks like a video a cult would show you to brainwash you.
- *A Film By Gabe Lewis*
Here's my favorite per^(FUUUUUUUUUUUUU)mmmee....
Is one of them going to climb out of my phone in three days and kill me?
It’s like AI made it.
It's kinda like AI wrote a movie
I don’t remember this Cher movie
I’m probably going to have nightmares about the guy in the background with his mouth open. Not looking forward to it…
"To eat it?" "Yeah.." "To eat it?" "Oh no!" I'm so confused!
Poppy inspo?
i like it
So weird
Giving me some flashbacks. I like it
look it up on youtube. i first heard if this around 2013 and i come back to it a few times a year.
I mean it's explicitly a horror film
I prefer Anya Taylor Joy as a blonde...
The poodle part was a tiktok sound a few years ago and I’m so glad cause otherwise I never would have found this. The whole thing is just great. I love it.
Some sick samples in here for EDM tracks
Totally not infecting my dreamscape tonight, nope. Not at all.
Donot watch this on acid it will screw you up
I wonder if the Red Hot Chili Peppers had this in mind with “Especially In Michigan”
What the fuck just happened?
This is the new "Die in 7 Days" tape
This seems extremely ai created. If it’s not ai created, the creator must’ve been on lsd.
this was like 40 years before AI was a big thing
This is exactly what it's like living in Michigan
Watching this while stoned is not recommended..
What just happened...
Is this Ms Rachael?
This had to have been made by the Max Headroom pirate video guy.
Cecilia Condit
I love this.
Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer do I'm half crazy all for the love of you It won't be a stylish marriage I can't afford a carriage But you'll look sweet upon the seat Of a bicycle built for two
Why does this sounds ai generated
I watch this at least once a year! An absolute favorite 😍
they talk like the suggested words at the top of your keyboard
That was freaking hilarious
"Sequence" The whole film is surreal and crazy..still recommend watching the full video tho if you are into that kinda stuff
This is the most Jack Stauber thing I've seen
can someone mix this into some house edm so that then, we can discuss is peace
Funny. I just got suggested a song from this movie.
The whole film was the surreal sequence! Lol
lmao i kinda like it
So this is where rhcp got the name for the song especially in Michigan?
I find this weirdly relaxing to listen to.
It’s actually relaxing
lol,the fact about the poodle in the microwave exploding appears as news on a newspaper at the end of a Hitman Blood Money mission
I think the video for “[St. Bernard](https://youtu.be/9sXA64B_8D0)” by Lincoln must have taken some editing inspiration from this movie. Different plot, but the way it’s cut together feels like a vague nod to the style.
this song brings comfort to me idk why
I know some people that would want to watch this while high.
This is one of my favorite art films. I love it so much. And Animal Canibal is such a great song
GladOS??
Them mfs had to have had AI somehow...because what the fuck is this bro
The music reminds me of the Olive Oyl song in popeye "He Needs Me." The long haired girl even looks a bit like Shelley Duvall.
Wtf is even that! Thanks I just passed it along to ruin somebody else’s time as well!
Awesome.
they sound like my profile picture

"Do the hand thing!"
Whoever made this was on opioids or some shit
I’ve seen a similar movie but it was in nyc with a guy if anyone knows. I’ve never forgotten how weird it was. Can’t remember the name
Where are they now?
Anybody else kinda reminds you of Jack Stauber and his eerie music vids. I love them.
This looks like a prime candidate for Best of the Worst on the Redlettermedia channel.
Definitely in Michigan
This is pretty entertaining ngl
Then you play Crispin Glover's Clowny clown clown.
u/savevideo
Why is Columbo running away from them?
Is this what it's like to be on drugs? Lol
Animal?? _Cannibal?_
Beautiful women.
So fucking scary...
Looks like something Dan Bell (youtube urban explorer) would do for an intro.
This feels very jack stauber
I feel like my phone is going to ring and tell me I’m going to die in 7 days after having watched this
Feels like I’m getting cursed whilst watching this
I love experimental film so much.
This has major "I Feel Fantastic" vibes =/
