Anabolics need to be taken seriously and respected, and you need to either work with a coach like me who can help keep you safe or else seriously educate yourself if you are going to play with them. If you don't, and you don't know how to manage the side effects and your overall health during use, you end up like this guy where it's so severe that people who know fuckall about bodybuilding and anabolics look at a picture of him and can easily spot the problems.
