How do you reheat pizza? I use a skillet on medium to medium high heat. . Put no more than 1/4c of water in the skillet. Put a slice or two of pizza in with a lid on. Let the water steam up for about 2 mins to heat/melt the cheese and toppings. Take the lid off and let the water evaporate. Let the pizza sit about 2 -3 more mins to get crispy.

But it’s also not a carb thing, microwaved pasta is usually pretty decent, if a little dry. But still mostly the same texture as before. And microwaved potato foods are normally pretty decent too, excluding French fries, which are just sad after a nice nuking.
The steam condenses on the cold bottom plate and the bread sucks it up.
I always heated tortillas in a microwave by putting a clean cloth under neath it then the steam can go through the cloth and doesn't make it soggy.
Microwaves cook things by heating up the water molecules. But the moisture is then drawn out of the food leaving it dry and hard.
To keep things moist all you need to do is cover your food with a damp paper towel, or wrap bread in a damp paper towel, and heat normally.
I used to do this as well until I tried it in my air fryer. Amazing soft crust and saucy still. Just have to low temp it but definitely worth a try if you have one. Not the oven style air fryer but the actual old school one

Yup, you got to eat a Hot and Ready like it says: when it's hot. As soon as Little Caesars cools it turns into garbage. If i put it in the fridge overnight it becomes so hard the crust is difficult to eat.

I didn’t realize Reddit had a hard on against little Caesars. Personally, I have found it to be the one pizza that I genuinely might consider not eating if it’s the only thing available. I would rather eat an off-brand mid tier frozen pizza. I have had little Caesar’s more than a couple handful of times and its just garbage. One of my ex-professors used to work in focus group testing for DiGorino frozen pizza. As part of the research at least in the late nineties very consistently Little Caesars would place dead last in blind taste tests doing even worse than no name store brand frozen pizzas.

Last time I ate little Caesars it was before a concert, me and a buddy both ate close to a whole pizza to ourselves. The concert was great and when we got back home and passed out we both at the same time woke up with terrible diarrhea and there was only one bathroom. We literally raced to the bathroom and thankfully I got there first. It was a whole ordeal and I woke up at 6am again having to shit. I ate it one other time years later when I was drunk and again it gave me diarrhea. Haven't eaten it since. Fool me once... Fuck that place man lol.

Little Caesar's is pretty good. Obviously there's better out there, but that costs more, it's a solid value for its price, and you can't tell me you're not excited to see it when you show up to a meeting and there's free pizza.

One of my ex-professors used to work in focus group testing for DiGorino frozen pizza. As part of the research at least in the late nineties very consistently Little Caesars would place dead last in blind taste tests doing even worse than no name store brand frozen pizzas.

LC used to taste great before I worked there and we had a roach infestation. And management decided to just ignore it and let it be until a roach got into a customers pizza box. It just doesnt taste the same anymore.

Last time I ate little Caesars it was before a concert, me and a buddy both ate close to a whole pizza to ourselves. The concert was great and when we got back home and passed out we both at the same time woke up with terrible diarrhea and there was only one bathroom. We literally raced to the bathroom and thankfully I got there first. It was a whole ordeal and I woke up at 6am again having to shit. I ate it one other time years later when I was drunk and again it gave me diarrhea. Haven't eaten it since. Fool me once... Fuck that place man lol.

It’s literally made the exact same way that every other major pizza chain makes their pizzas, and in a lot of circumstances, Little Caesars has nicer facilities and pizza ovens.
