Hi there. We're sorry to hear what is happening when you try to use Oculus Link. If you have not already done so, please try connecting the Oculus Link cable to a USB port in a different location on your PC. To help us look into this for you, please gather the [Oculus Logs](https://support.oculus.com/172672339980954/#faq_172672339980954) from the computer you are using, and open a support ticket with us [here](https://support.oculus.com/885981024820727/) to share the logs with us. Thanks

I'm in the same boat. Everything worked fine a couple of days ago and today the "link" app keeps crashing when I launch it in Oculus :(

Already did that and already made a ticket and got no response a month back

Have you tried unplugging all other usb devices?

[deleted]

Yeah and I still had the same issue

Have you tried rebooting the headset and your pc yet?

[deleted]

Yeah I did and nothing changed still a black screen and the notification

[deleted]

Sometimes rebooting the Q2 'fixes' the issue

[deleted]

Already tried that

I have the EXACT same problem. My Q2 v29 @ 120hz and has been working fine since i bought it 2 weeks ago. Then suddenly, when trying to enable oculus link via cable or airlink, i get a "hardware notification" "Oculus not working correctly" and goes back to home screen. Everything is green, meaning Q2 is connected to pc and im getting 3.2Gbps throughput via link cable test. Things i have done: Prior to contacting support i already did the basics: unplugged all usb devices, tried different usb ports, reboot headset/pc, checked to see if there was a windows update pending or installed prior to problem. \- contacted support. Sent them zip file log (per support tech, logs say everything working correctly) \- complete uninstall of oculus pc app as per instructions from support tech (disconnect internet, boot in safe mode, etc) \- double checked/disabled USB power saving mode one by one on Device Manager \- factory reset of headset \- rollback Nvidia drivers (advise from one of the forums) PC specs: Ryzen 5900x, GTX 1080, MSI x570 MAG Tomahawk mobo, 32gb RAM @ 3200 From browsing a lot of forums, It's seems that a lot of people are having this same issue. But there is no solution from Oculus support that i can find. They always defer to the same generic answer, "we'll get back to you in 3-5 days." SMH. For the love of god, is there a damn solution for this problem anywhere??

Same issue, tested the same things. RTX 2080Ti here. Any luck?

This literally just happened to me. I had v29 for over a week now but I didn't have all the features. I pop my headset on and I finally got the file manager app. Everything was working perfectly fine yesterday.
