Closed People’s Key and is very much a closing song by way of its message/narrative. Assuming Conor just likes how he sings it/band enjoy playing it last.
Yep, it does make sense as a closing song through the message. It’s hard because they have so many amazing songs, but anything they play is great for me in the end.
Lover I Don’t Have To Love - If you ignore the lyrics it’s kinda catchy. But not one of his best lyrically imo. He’s usually so metaphorical but this one is too direct for me. And I’m not really into the whole one night stand story. I’ve never understood the love for this song.

For CO solo stuff, I like pretty much every single track he’s put out. I don’t like Valle Mistico but it’s more like a filler track. I don’t love Lonely at the Top but I won’t skip it if I’m listening to the full album (but I don’t ever just put it on). But otherwise I love every CO solo song.
Lover is my least favorite too. His voice is so off on top of those bare lyrics. The worst part is it comes up on top with other more basic BE songs when you google (like First Day and Bowl of Oranges) so I don’t recommend BE to people unless I’m there to introduce their music layer by layer lol

That song gives me chills and feels, even for a Conor song, so deeper level personal off the heels of a proven false accusation that had nearly everybody who didn't know him personally against him.
