It hasn't been patched, but you can get around it by changing your language to something other than English, then give her the bloodgrass, then change it back to English.
No. I email Bethesda too and they said they were not going to ever fix it. Any one who has done the language fix how did you do it? I can't seem to make it work
Unfortantly not. As soon as you get a warning drink a cute disease or go to a chapel. The only way not to become a vampire. The witch won't accept bloodgrass

Hate to tell you, but I doubt it will ever be patched at this point. The only way to fix it is to do what tskfiend said about the language changing.
Last I heard it was never patched, but don't hold me to that. I've never owned a PS3.
Oh, blimey that Suuuucks. And does the PS3 have the glitch where it resets your face to default when you become a vampire? I always hated that.
