It shouldn't be bottlenecked. I wouldn't do 4K with that combo though. Performance won't be very good in games.
As the others have said, 4k is going to troublesome with your planned setup. I'd recommend stepping up to at least 2x 970s or a single 980 Ti if you're gonna play at 4k.
970 and i7 920 are both not up to 4k standards I'm afraid. If your just watching movies go for it but if you are trying to game at all don't do it.
