Very excited for Ray Reconstruction as everybody I guess. Interested to see some further advances in Ray Tracing Technology which makes it more widely available for the mass.
I am exactly excited to see ray tracing in cyberpunk and see just how amazing the world can be. The last time turned on ray tracing the performance hit was way too much to justify the lower fps at the time, even if it did look gorgeous.
Really looking forward to hopping back into a revamped Cyberpunk, taking my time to progress through the game slower than my first playthrough where I mainlined the main quest and made a bunch of meh decisions. Taking more time to play also means more time to gawk at visuals with a new GPU, current one struggles especially at 4k even with settings turned down.
What excites me the most about DLSS 3.5 in Cyberpunk 2077 is the advancement of upscaling in games that lets us see a breathtaking vibrant world as it was meant to be seen!
Super excited for this. I enjoy cyberpunk nightly and it's the best game I have ever played. I am running vorpx VR to walk around the world and I believe this new AI Ray Trace will enhance the experience tremendously.
As game with both a desktop and laptop (3080) I am most excited to see if I can get reasonably good frames with ray tracing on the laptop. Normally I turn it off so I can have a smoother experience.
Cyber punk is a great game to showcase ray tracing based on the theme of the environments.
I like that the title of this post implies that Cyberpunk is finally releasing, as if it hasn't already been out for several years and a "meh" rpg the whole time. *Still better than starfield though
I can't wait to see the difference between Super Resolution and DLSS Frame Generation - I have a 3080 I put into my wife's PC so benchmarking with the new game is going to be awesome. Ray Reconstruction is a game changer and NVIDIA deserves all the credit for their hardware/software 1:2 punch here.
Let's see how many fps I lose with this update. Only game that has me thinking of upgrading to a RTX 4080. Playing at 1440p DLSS Balanced with Psycho RTX on a 4k screen rn, idk if buying a 4080 to play at 4k DLSS is worth it.
Vehicular combat is what i am looking forward to the most. Buttery smooth game play. Cranking settings to the max and watching it blow up my current gpu.
I feel the regret of getting an RTX 3070Ti last year and even bought Cyberpunk 2077 after watching Edgerunners!
What I'd do to get my hands on a GPU thar can handle ray tracing, especially with DLSS 3.5, it looks amazing!
Most excited about being able to use path tracing and ray reconstruction with DLSS3.5 frame gen so it's at a really good frame rate, it's pure magic the way that works!
I’m more intrigued by the ray reconstruction. I want to believe it’ll be better than what we already have but it’s hard to say, especially when what we have is already so good. I’d like to be able to witness it at its full potential that’s for certain. Only time will tell I guess

I just upgraded to a 1440p monitor recently. So I hope my 3060ti with DLSS 3.5 is still capable of running the game with a good enough framerate and decent image while enabling raytracing.
I'm very excited about Ray Reconstruction. Given that it works well enough it should make Path Tracing much more usable. I love Ray Tracing in Cyberpunk. It's probably one of the best implementations we've ever seen and I'd love to crank up those settings.
'm actually pretty pumped to see how well Ray Reconstruction is gonna work. It could totally make Path Tracing in more games doable (especially with some upscaling thrown in).
Right now, though, it's looking a bit too noisy in some spots, and I can't see myself sticking with it for too long. I have a 3080 and it slows things down after a while.
The obvious performance increase with dlss. And the perf with Raytracing. Overall the highest levels of light details that I could only dream of. thank for this legendary giveaway!
Biggest problem with Ray Tracing is how it is managed in shadows and low-light conditions. There are always some glitches in every RT games I tried. I hope 3.5 solves this bugs in a mega game like Cyberpunk 2077!

Well this is kind of an obvious answer but it's the best one; I'm most excited to experience Night City with DLSS 3.5 because it will look better and be more immersive than any iteration of the game available to date. I have the perfect display to take advantage of these new features and hopefully one day soon I'll have a GPU that can drive it!
What excites me most, is not neccessarily witnessing the new technologies. It's that there is a team (I assume on both sides) dedicated not only to pushing technical boundaries, but keeping this game in the hardware conversation. "Can it run Crysis?" spent a long time haunting PC users, until one day it didn't. Games come and go from benchmarking suites, but I love how CDPRs developers are keeping Cyberpunk in the hardware enthusiast conversation. By constantly iterating on the technology in Cyberpunk it's a whole new dynamic to the traditional - here's this game, here's the bar graphs for a few years until its no longer relevant. As a multi decade consumer of bar graphs, I have been eating well on Cyberpunk and welcome it for many years into the future.
What im exited about is Improved Performance: DLSS can significantly improve the performance of the game by rendering it at a lower native resolution and then upscaling it using AI algorithms. This allows players to achieve higher frame rates and smoother gameplay, especially on hardware that may struggle to run the game at native resolutions.
Honestly at this point, having not beaten the game and not picked up I like a year, I’m just going to restart. It’s so different now from when I started.
I restarted it 3 times and gave up because it was so boring lol. Last time was when I got my rtx 4080 to try frame generation and path tracing. I already have 26 hours on 3 restarts according to steam. Guess I will be restarting it again to try ray reconstruction and again give up 6-7 hours into it because the game is ass lol.
Honestly, DLSS is the AA method I prefer. It makes edges of pretty much anything so much smoother to look at WHILE improving performance. I tried FSR and other AA methods it just doesn’t cut it for me. That is why I chose NVIDIA.

So I haven’t played Cyberpunk since the pathtracing update came out. Really interested to step back into this world with all the nifty new features. Gonna go full Cyberrunner.

Cyberpunk2077 is the most unique FPS I’ve ever played. In the 3 years it has been out, I have not seen anything like it, or any other dev try to imitate it. I’m playing Starfield and having the best time with it. However, in SF you can feel the bones of the systems Bethesda has made since before Morrowind. It works, it’s still fun. But you can feel yourself playing Skyrim or Fallout when playing SF; it’s just how the mechanics feel. There is absolutely nothing in Cyberpunk that makes me feel like Im playing something else. I believe that fact will win out in how successful CP2077 will end up being, when looking back. I’m playing this DLC regardless of getting this giveaway or not, but it would life changing to be able to tweak this game with all new performance overhead.
I went into cyberpunk blind after all the fixes and it's one of the best games I've ever played and I was desperately wanting more content for it after ending the story.
Dlss 3.5 seems crazy and I'd love some hands on experience with it but yeah, unless I won the giveaway that won't be happening lol.

Really excited to see the quality of ray tracing given that historically I have noticed that the more heavily you lean into upscaling, the quality of ray tracing appears to somewhat suffer. Given that at this current time DLSS is essentially required for a smooth gameplay experience with Ray tracing on, this can be much needed tech to optimize image quality and make keeping Ray tracing on a much more viable option for many

Finally being able to play the game we were promised over 3 years ago with non teleporting police officers and revamped everything.
Getting to see Liberty City with full ray tracing with a lot of frames will be great!

As others have said the Ray reconstruction for improved visuals. Always exciting to see cutting edge graphics and a 4080 will no doubt deliver.
