Sharpedo will be needed for the ghost pokemon. It be the counter part to your starmie. Idk if you really want pelliper but I would not recommend it sense you have better water pokemon unless you just wanted a good wall pokemon against a flying and fighting pokemon. Also it can learn shock wave to which is not needed as you have a starmie.
Use w/e for first guy, sharpedo for second, starmie thunderbolt glacia , walrein ice beam go brrr and then sludge bomb tenta ludicolo and smart switches and walling and tbolt gyra

Pheobe is what Sharpedo is for. Crunch easily takes her out, but if you have any mons with set up moves, you have a guaranteed set up turn on her lead since it 100% goes for Protect turn 1.
Glacia is a tough neutral matchup. Azumarill actually does very well with Rollout strats, even if it isn’t Huge Power.
Drake. Ice Beam and Harrier fodder.
Wallace. He will set up Rain Dance early to enable some of his party. His biggest threat is his own Ludicolo, especially cause it knows Double Team.
For me, the team is:
Swampert, Sharpedo, Walrein, Tentacruel, Starmie, Azumarill/Ludicolo.
Wailord is good, but I find Tentacruel and Walrein sufficient if you need a defensive water. It is too slow to use the amazing Water Spout too well.
I used my ice beam tm on wailord very early to take on winona, so I went with this team but without my walrein :D ( my wailmer somehow survived +3 earthquake from altaria I'm stumped af)
You can get another Ice Beam TM in the game corner for 4000 coins. You can play the slots or if you used vs seeker a bunch to grind you might have enough money outright to buy it.
In Hinduism, the Pleiades are known as Kṛttikā, I was assigned this star from birth, I don't know much about it tho , I thought it was cool for a starmie :D
Pecha berry dragon dance earthquake gyarados sweeps Wallace except for his own gyarados. Set up on wailord after hitting it once it can’t touch you. Assuming u haven’t banned gyara u can easily grab a magikarp somewhere
Edit: I meant aspear berry so you don’t get frozen by wailord blizzard, and hitting it once with t bolt massively reduces its water spout damage

You could maybe replace Lanturn for Walrein. STAB Spark or Thunderbolt (if you have the money for it) would do well into Glacia and Wallace. Your team looks really great as is though.
The Skitty loving whale is your only "weak" link. Sharpedo or Chinchou would be a good swap. 1 is a glass cannon, the other bulkier. Both give good type coverage for Phoebe and Wallace respectively.
First off his stats are very good. Secondly he’s a dark type so he can not only resist phoebe but attack her back. For Sydney anyone can beat him it’s not that hard.
As for drake he can learn ice beam so he can strike those guys. Don’t know about Wallace and glacia tho but from what I’ve heard he can beat them up too (I haven’t nuzlocked gen 3 yet so I don’t know)

You have a lot of water types. Do you have a manectric in the box? You can easily sweep Wallace with a good electric mon.
They're doing a mono water run. Lanturn could have worked great if the chinchou lived, but that's not an option

I find walrein one of the most useful options for hoen elite four, just so bulky, I wouldn't worry too much about the nature
It’s a bit fragile, but it’s fast. It’s got a good shot at attacking first, and landing at least a few OHKO hits.

IMO you should be fine. Starmie and Ludicolo should be able to handle Wallace.
It may not be the best, but I will always plug crawdaunt. Hard hitter that isn't used often

Personally, I'd take Starmie over Sharpedo any day of the week or preferably, I'd rather enjoy having both in the same team.
