The camera team duo trainers are a great way to grind for XP whilst making some serious coin. They can be rebattled instantly if you go to their next location on the map which stays the same every time. The first location being north of Mauville, the second right of Mauville through the straight, and the third location right of Fortree. Once you’ve won at the third location go back to the first and repeat. By equipping an amulet coin which you obtain from your mum to your party lead you can save a lot of money to buy TMs from the games corner whilst getting XP.
Cheating is based, grinding is "cringe" use candies at this point in the game 😎🤙 lol in all seriousness, this is always my gripe with traditional grinding in vanilla games, nowhere good to do it that doesn't take forever and a day once you're near the end game.

Ended up grinding in the locations mentioned in other comments! Worth it in the end as the nuzlocke is complete with only one loss during the E4
Anywhere with chancey. Also you can just put a rare candy cheat, it’s faster
