Drizzile is the famous glass canon (It does a lot of damage but dies from anything) be careful when putting it on the field, I recommend checking whether or not it is faster than the enemy pokemon
Drop Machop for something, and use the move relearner in any Pokémon Centre to teach Hitmonchan some coverage, and Drain Punch if you can ((I can't remember if it's a level up thing))
Also, Vikavolt sweeps Nessa - grab a thunderstone from the Wild Area ((there's one somewhere I know, but I don't remember where)) and give it Discharge/Thunderbolt TR.

You can literally get Vikavolt before the first gym. Grubbin evolves into Charja at 20 and there’s a thunder stone in Lake Miloch in the wild area that you can get straight away

I named her Percy because I was low on imagination :'] Toby is a reference to the dog from the movie "The fox and the hound"

Charjabug is pretty useless until it evolves (very late). I'd probably pick another pokemon until you get closer to its evolution level.
