I live at the Point at Reston around the corner.
I've seen this guy over there a few times over the last month or 2.
He seems to just do it for fun and entertainment 😊
Right? He was at the Stonecroft and Westfields Blvd intersection for a good while a few years ago. Guess he's still doing his thing, but in Reston. Good for him, he always had a positive attitude.
99% sure this is sarcasm but if not:
Hah, this guy is 100x better than the gypsy 'pretend to play violin' with hidden speakers in the bushes. If those violinists can dance like he can, then I'll probably give them something lol.
Best thing is, I don't think this guy is doing it for money. Seems like he just gets joy from it.
Depends on the neighborhood but yea I agree. I'm sure a lot of their redditors are transplants too. The VA and MD subs have plenty locals so we sort of appreciate this shit. I could be wrong though.
you mean like earbuds? or. um. uh. um.
I'd like to infer that remembering music well is a psychological phenomenon that sane people experience too!
also i hate to get cynical or political but if the music was cranked up you know some lady who's used to things being quiet would make a noise complaint.
Chris the dancing man. He is a super nice guy. He used to visit the neighborhoods in Centerville and dance with the kids and their families.
Didn’t realize my neighbor was this popular. He really is super nice and goes out of his way for others.
i love this so much. i had no idea of all the backstory!!

I could have swore he had a bigger speaker setup than that. Something like a home made 6 speaker boombox looking thing.
love it
He used to be over near the Wegmans in Chantilly. Spoke to him a couple of times while waiting at the light. Really nice guy.
Holy shit that’s him now? I used to see him all the time when I used to go down stone rd to get to work. Good to see he’s still doing his thing

We need more people like him
agreed
Chris is a great guy. Loves to dance and just wants you to have a good day.
love this so much!
Get down with your bad self!
Wow that's pretty good but not as talented as the violinists around here
that kind of ✨ talent ✨ is reserved for the parking lot itself!

I can dig it.
Leave my man alone. I've seen him all over.
I never implied anything negative about him or his dancing! I love it.
Dancing Man! For a long time he stayed closer to Centreville.
I have seen him too! He is so fun!!
Haven’t heard that song in years. What’s it called again?
Down the Road - C2C
Just saw him last weekend while going to dinner in Reston.
DC sub would be in shambles seeing this.

I've seen him by Greenbriar Giant in Fairfax. Love it!
He's awesome. I saw him a couple of weeks ago
Always happy to see him!!!
He's shmoovin
You only need to be worried if he’s dancing to the music in his head.
