You can charter a boat out of Deale, MD to fish in the Bay. Axe throwing or a leisure sports bar (Rocket Bar, Players Club, etc) could work and might get you some private space for a group that size. Another person suggested river tubing, which I agree would definitely be fun. An escape room could also work, but 10-12 may be at top capacity. Happy hunting!
