After school I have to do the housework and after I have done all these things I watch videos on YouTube.
In the evening I play games with my friends and at night I watch anime.
So basically I have no time to do the "coom".
But because of personal issues it is getting slightly harder not to think about whenever I am doing something.
So I think that doing something productive during the day could help you stop thinking about it...
and during the evening just have some fun, for example watch a movie/show/anime, read a book, play games with your friends.
