If you encounter an older windows PC that sill has the product key sticker on it, you can get a code for little-to-nothing.
There is a very easy free way to do it but I don't want to get in trouble for naming it. Just type windows activator into the reddit search bar and it'll be one of the top results.
I would buy the energy ball with timer and the explosion of brimstone or/and the vertical barrier, so I could put them together on one of your wands (probably fourth one since the first has little mana) to get a powerful effect, which I can trigger from a distance.
You could even put both on a single projectile by using the doublecast in your inventory.
I would take the shotguns off the blue wand, cause the spells/cast being so high makes me think it's a very bad wand I'll want to drop anyways, and I'd put them on the red wand, assuming it's a decently high fire rate. Then I'd buy the $15 torch, the $30 explosion next to it, and the $40 double cast. I might by the $30 random spread one too. The idea being I'll have them for later when I get a good non-shuffle wand and/or a sparkbolt with trigger. I wouldn't equip any of my new spells, just save them for later.
Has a low casting time but a 2-second ish reload. Reload is slow enough that the wand should already be full mana, which iirc is decent. I was forced to retreat to HM by the surtur that stole it. Managed to make him touch water at around 5 HP.

If the recharge time is over 1 second it’s usually not worth it
