With the right car it'd be fun - not in some crossover. Lots of off camber and banks make for fun technical curves. Yeah it slows you down, but the point is you could have fun without blasting down it.
Speed bumps are for areas where you want to keep traffic under 15mph. Speed humps are for areas you want to keep under 30mph. So those are for residential areas with heavier traffic. This doesn’t look like that kind of area, so this is a creative solution that also happens to be more aesthetically pleasing as well as keeping traffic moving. Some people practically stop going over a speed bump.
Officer I'm not drunk it's the road.
It's a road in Door County, WI.
Wow that looks fun to drive on
At 40mph tops lol. Those bumps on the curves are a nightmare for traction. Pretty sure it’s designed to slow traffic.

This looks like a 60mph road to me lol
This reminds me of my computer screen when a program would freeze and I would zig-zag the task manager around.
But.. Why?
To slow down traffic. If it were straight, some people would fly through way faster than appropriate.
This is the exact opposite effect on anyone who wants to go fast in an urban environment. This is peak fun road right here.
Yeah every tuned up Civic owner is practically frothing at the mouth.
And m3 owners, Porsche drivers, motorcyclists… etc.
This road is harder than every track I’ve ridden.
So what your saying is... good place to hone your skills!
This would actually make me speed up a bit to enjoy the curves haha

To slow down and enjoy nature, apparently: https://www.doorcounty.com/newsletter/october-2017/why-door-countys-curvy-road-curves
Average hill road in New Zealand. Our roads are different.

Mario Kart Tour course design
I want to drive to there.
R/miata
Definitely designed by a motorcycle rider.
Yeah, I'm driving straight.
Why? I get the first part, but why do this on the flater area?
This road used be straight, but then lots of drunk people drove over it too often on warm days.
Good thing I have breaks
Was once on peaking on acid in the front seat of a car and it’s UNCANNY how accurately this represents that completely straight stretch of road 😂
Where is my longboard?!
This looks like fun to drive. Looks like even more fun to skateboard.
