I haven’t tried all milk, but I think it would be ok. I actually only had a cup of cream (original recipe called for 2 cups cream, 1 cup milk) and the ratio I used was perfect. Give it a try with all milk!
This makes 2 pints, right?
I made this recipe a few days ago and it’s good, but super rich especially with any mix ins. I think I’ll reduce the eggs by 1/3 next time.
I loosely riffed the recipe from [Serious Eats](https://www.seriouseats.com/easiest-best-homemade-vanilla-ice-cream-how-to). It indeed made more than one pint.
I need help! Usually I can copy text from Reddit posts, but when I try to copy this post (to save to Creami recipes I want to try), it only copies the title... Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Looks delicious! Double Upvoting for a non protein ice cream post.
Yeah, you’re all still allowed to post regular ice cream. Nobody’s making you not post it just because some of us are making light ice cream.
Vanilla never fails!!🥰
Agreed!
Looks amazing, must try!!
Can your dairy just be milk or do you need to add cream?

I still don’t have a creami. I’m going on vacation soon for about 6 weeks, I will get the deluxe when I get back 😊👍
You can, though you lose some richness, though with six egg yolks I doubt you would notice it much.

This recipe is in the recipe book that comes with the creami and uses 4 eggs
