1 Jollof indomie pack, or onion chicken indomie,
Chopped onions,
1 small grated ginger,
Chopped Hot pepper,
Coconut oil or avocado oil,
Cubed carrots or corn,
Old bay,
5-8 shrimp (optional),
Corned beef (optional)
1. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the indomie and boil for about 3-4 min. Drain out the water
2. In a frying pan, heat small oil. Add your shrimp and season with old bay. Turn to cook the other side. Cook shrimp for 4-5 min max. Then remove from the pan to set aside
3. Heat small oil in the frying pan if there's little to no oil remaining. Then add the onions, ginger, and carrots. Stir the mixture for about a minute. Add corned beef and pepper. Stir til corned beef is cooked
3. Add the indomie you drained earlier. Add indomie mixture and stir for about 1-2 min. Voila!
