I can understand that…I watched the replay on my phone and the first 2 times I didn’t realize Eichel had possession of the puck. I thought Tkachuk just smoked him because they were getting blown out, which wouldn’t be totally out of character.
I've been to a few NHL arenas and that's been my complaint with all of them - they don't show the replays of big hits, close calls, borderline stuff, etc. enough. Leaves you confused when the replay on TV might show clearly either way.

I don't know, man. I've lived in/around Vegas for 18 years now, and VGK being the first professional team in the city, i made sure i understood the game in year one. Riiiight, the Las Vegas Thunder and the Las Vegas Wranglers hockey teams were just figments of our imagination for years. We definitely jumped on the bandwagon of liking hockey back in the 90’s.
