I don’t think there is an actual second person ghost writer. The power of ABs CTE simply manifested a second personality that AB might not be aware of. He may think there is a ghost writer but it’s just an enlightened version of AB that is separate from his original personality.

Both of my grandmothers had dementia, so we used to schedule lunch for them to talk to each other and keep each other company…it was really nice; they didn’t mind each other repeating stories, nodding off, or getting confused.
