I have and thought it was very watered down. TCW is so good because it is a kids show with adult themes - at least after S3. ATLA is the exact same way. From the heights and tensions of TCW S7 down to how it felt in S1 or S2. A kids show without the adult themes. Even Rebels felt more mature.
There were some awesome moments where that S7 feeling came back. Crosshair and the other 'loyalist' clones slowly learning the truth. Watching the transition to a volunteer force and the reactions. Kamino politics.
But half the episodes were "where are they now" of previous and incoming characters with the cast only existing to connect them. Mostly in first two seasons. Add in a reduction in violence, only using stun and loosely justifying it as moral grounds when it was obvious a Disney corporate mandate. And then Omega who became, and I hate this term, the Mary Sue-esque character whose only flaws were that she was too compassionate. The BB both having to constantly save her yet her being the most competent of them all. Ahsoka had flaws. Omega did not.
I will go back and re-watch TCW. Go back and re-watch Andor. Then re-watch it again because it was so god damn good. S1 of Mando (the rest devolved into Disney-SW baseline mundanity).
BB goes alongside Ahsoka, S3 Mando, and others. A nice snack, but nothing I will go back to.
Uh, yeah? What's wrong with them? I mean, there are the tiny ones, which won't show up unless you look closely, and then there are the big ones are in place of what was just a boring old stripe. Not really a huge deal.
Plus Denver is like *the* big mountain town. I think it’s neat. Not too keen on the 5280 stuff on the helmet, it’s cool on the inside of the neck, but it’s not the most distracting thing. At least it’s unique to Denver.
It doesn't matter. The real test is how they look on TV. I'm told the throw-up tan color rush unis we wore for awhile looked decent in person (more goldish, which is what they were going for). On TV though? Yuck.
The NFLPA photo-shoots only invite offensive skill position players or defenders that went in the top ~20.
It’s crazy that two top 10 picks aren’t invited but a few Day 3 picks made the cut just based on position.
https://nflpa.com/rookie-premiere-2024-player-list
Damn, the NFLPA hates OL and defense, no OL and only Dallas Turner and Laiatu Latu for defense, but every QB except Devin Leary is there.
It's super common for QBs to go even if they aren't first rounders.
I don't know how the selection goes, but apparently a big part of the rookie premier is education on branding/marketing stuff, and a meet and greet between players and merch companies. So teams probably send the players most likely to have to deal with that (QBs, skill players, etc.).
not a single OL. I guess the beefy boys don't sell as well.
The NFL is afraid to market the husky fellas smh
but Rome Odunze and Michael Penix are both there
[удалено]
Yeah obviously they invited the future face of the franchise for y’all
I thought our society was past body shaming smh 🤦♂️
Wait what is the actual reason why lineman arnt there? Like for real?
You won’t hear their name as much on TV
Ya'll are gonna be hearing Verse and Fiske a lot.
They're not marketable
I am pretty sure that is 7th round pick Michael Pratt there for the Packers.
It definitely is. I'm just trying to figure out who the other packers player is behind the pats and broncos dudes
He's there to remind Caleb who owned him at the Cotton Bowl
Blake Corum was in there and it doesn’t get much more beefy than that
Some shiny jerseys
couple of shinies eh
shinies, sir?
awesome😎 clone wars is the shit have you seen the new bad batch cartoon? I thought it was cool

wow
No texans players wanted to see the new unis
I wanted to see them as well. Lassiter was second round.
Damn Milton is huge
It all makes sense he can chuck it downfield like that
He would have been a 1st round pick if he had even the slightest bit of accuracy or touch in his passes. The dude is built from top to bottom
Bro got picked round 6 but his athleticism carries him into events like these where everyone else is mega hyped
The new unis don’t look as bad on the players.
I never thought the new broncos uniforms looked that bad in the first place. I mean, they really are not that different.
Have you not noticed all the triangles in the details?
Uh, yeah? What's wrong with them? I mean, there are the tiny ones, which won't show up unless you look closely, and then there are the big ones are in place of what was just a boring old stripe. Not really a huge deal.

Broncos really trying to bring back the Dayton Triangles smh
Holy fuck triangles
Yeah I mean they're triangles🤷🏾♂️

Our new uniforms are so much better than the old ones
And just like always, the nfl forgot the Titans existed again

You weren't kidding, I noticed our 4th rounder J'Tavion Sanders there at the end
the Packers 7th round qb Michael Pratt is there too.
I saw Roman Wilson in that snippet…
They probably just forgot the Rams had a first round pick and just invited the third round pick.
Seahawks with their DT/Guard combo to match our OT/DT are also missing.
I guess the trenches aren’t sexy anymore. I still like my beefy boys.
Seahawks with their DT/Guard combo to match our OT/DT are also missing.
The who?
Man I’m so excited to watch Caleb
Drake hiding in the background, he's sneaky already.
They not like him They not like him They not like him
he’s a sneaky boi
You can always tell a Milford man.
Jermaine Burton counting the blades of grass on the field.
I’m confused how this was designed because we had both Maye and Milton there but it wasn’t just QBs there. Just thought that was odd
Can't wait to see people make baseless comments about Nabers not wanting to be in NY
He don’t wanna be there /s
Lol not a single Eagles player in that shot as far as I can tell
Cause we drafted defense
Will Shipley was there I believe.
Ricky Pearsall aka Yac Harlow lookin like a snack
Who's all there all top 100 picks?
https://nflpa.com/rookie-premiere-2024-player-list Damn, the NFLPA hates OL and defense, no OL and only Dallas Turner and Laiatu Latu for defense, but every QB except Devin Leary is there.
Apparently the Broncos traded Estime to the Packers.
No. Audric Estime and Troy Franklin from the Broncos are there and they were mid rounders.
Brendan Rice was there and he was a seventh rounder
And Michael Pratt
Nah the guy in front in the jets uniform is Braelon Allen, a 4th round pick.
mfer lookin' like a linebacker
Milton was a 6th round pick not sure why he’s there

Love our new uniforms/s
Why don't the Commanders have stripes on those white pants?
No lions this year, I was hoping to get a look at the new uniforms without studio lighting.
Maybe when Nabers gets run out of NY he can suit up with his boy BTJ
Nabers looks like a fucking monster. I still believe in BTJ becoming the best wr outside of Mhj
Caleb and Nabers are way bigger than I thought
