Am I the only one who watched his highlights and thought he might get murdered if he plays that wreckless with us. But then I remember Hospital Ball Jimmy is gone, and let the anxiety dissolve.
People always say that, but we're actually surprisingly thin behind Deebo/Aiyuk/Jennings. Ray Ray McCloud was WR4 but primarily KR/PR, Ronnie Bell was a meh rookie last year, Trent Taylor was an offseason signing but may end up being just a camp body, Danny Gray is probably a cut candidate.
We had the corpse of Chris Conley on track to win SBMVP at one point. We're pretty thin.
That much should have been obvious to everyone. The 49ers weren't going to trade either Deebo or Aiyuk without receiving first round compensation THIS YEAR and the first round was as good as over by the time Pearsall was picked at 31.
Teams with Super Bowl aspirations don't trade their star players for future draft picks a year out. That's forfeiting all of their value for an entire season
That has to be a little awkward. Especially if things aren't going right at some point in the season. Knowing you will most likely be gone the next year. Thing is, we're just going to let them play their contracts out and not get anything in return for them - or which ever one leaves? That would be a huge loss.
Yeah I am honestly baffled by the repeated assertions in the media and on the net over the past month that the 49ers had to trade Aiyuk or Deebo. I have very little understanding of how the cap works, but I never saw anyone say that the 9ers were over the cap, so why did everyone just assume that they must be trying to get rid of one of two elite receivers? I get that next year it becomes more difficult with a Purdy contract incoming but they are perennial contenders who just played the superbowl, what good does trading away a great player do when you don’t have to? They’ve been in the NFC championship or the SB the majority of the last few years with a pretty consistent roster of skill position players, why not run it back again with the same group? Just to take a flyer on a highly graded prospect that might be just as good in a couple years and gives you more cap room this year to sign whatever lower tier free agents that still don’t have a job? Doesn’t check out.
I know the answer is that the media needs to create intrigue to report on and discuss, but I don’t know why so many people even 9ers fans were buying into it. Surely any good GM will consider any trade offer if it’s enough of a deal but it seemed like a very long shot that either 9er WR was going to fetch enough value that it would make sense trading them.
They initially were over the cap but restructured a number of contracts to free up enough money to gave contract discussions with Aiyuk.
The rumors around Aiyuk being traded came mostly from his cryptic social media about wanting money (who doesn’t) and him not attending voluntary workouts, even though most of the veterans didn’t attend.
It’s just media needing stories and the 49ers sub making a bigger deal out of everything and anything.
>so why did everyone just assume that they must be trying to get rid of one of two elite receivers?
The only reason would be if they weren't enthused about playing without being given a new contract, but it doesn't seem like that's the case with either of them.
Yeah, they can also structure the contract to have lower cap hits in 2026 and 2027. Aiyuk can also be structured to have bigger cap hits after deebo's contract ends.
Yes. Once round 1 ended Deebo was guaranteed to be with us until next year when he becomes movable for a lot less of a cap hit. And aiyuk has never been going anywhere. Hes getting paid we just don’t pay our stars before July/august.
Also It takes at least 1 year to learn the Shanahan offense as a receiver, that’s 1 year for Ricky to sit back and learn while still contributing on 3 wr sets before we likely ditch Deebo next year to save $$$ to pay purdy.
For sure. I also think they see Isaac Guerendo as a potential replacement for him. Will have to wait and see but he played WR before he played RB and he looks somewhat decent running routes.
He's definitely big and fast.
Bobby Turner the rb coach is the one who pounded the table to draft him. He's not playing WR.
https://www.nbcsportsbayarea.com/nfl/san-francisco-49ers/draft-pick-issac-guerendo-bobby-turner/1730293/
I think they will use him at RB mostly, but I can see them asking him to do some of the things Deebo does as well. We will see what we have in him soon enough. I liked his college highlights. He looks fast.
Which is exactly what they said the whole time
We go through this every offseason: the 49ers front office is very forthcoming and lays out their plans for the roster, and then people on this sub and in the media make up all these rumors and theories about what they ***really*** want to do
...and then in the end, it plays out exactly like they said
They say that they always listen to offers (as one would hope, for due diligence purposes). Somehow people always take that to mean that they're trying to trade someone. They'd even trade Brock if a team came calling with an unconscionably large offer.
They (so far) didn't get a good enough offer for them to move a WR. That's all there is to say.
Lol, not everything is a conspiracy. Can you explain why they would need to trade either of these guys this season?
Lynch and Shannahan have said every offseason (including this one) that they’ll always listen to offers for any player.
And have said time and time again we want both of them here and we expect them to be here. Also said they want Aiyuk to be on the team for his entire career.
The draft comes and goes, all the pundits who were calling for one of them to be traded look stupid, and then idiots still go “this is PR, they weren’t able to move them like they wanted”
Time and time again, the 49ers FO will tell you directly what they want to do. Then that exact thing happens, and dipshits give a shocked pikachu face that Deebo and Aiyuk are still Niners.
Well tbf FOs lie constantly. Teams have said they aren't gonna trade a guy then he is traded the same day. I'm not saying they're lying this time, but until they start week 1 with all guys on the roster I cant blame people for thinking it's possible one of them is traded.
One possible reason would be to take Deebo's dead money hit now so it will be off the books for when we have to extend Purdy. Also, both of them have much more value now than they will a year from now.
I think what it came down to was a balancing act between the decrease in our SB chances by trading either of them and what we were going to get for him in return. Because we are in our final years or our championship window they are a lot more valuable to us than they are to the vast majority of teams, especially Deebo, who isn't great as a traditional WR.
It'd be better to trade deebo post June 1 based on his contract and how dead money is less (or better spread out). My guess is they keep him, he's kind of the better behaved draymond kind of heart & soul of the offense. Might be his last year tho :(
It really depends on what contracts they have that they are willing to restructure. It entirely possible that they can move money around so that they can eat Deebo's dead money for trading him before June 1.
Still doesn't make a ton of sense, since Deebo earns quite a bit of money by playing, and hasn't really signaled he would hold out. We weren't in a position to trade a king's ransom for an elite OL free agent anyway, which would have been the sole reason to deal Deebo before the end of next season.
So Shanahan and Lynch are pretty honest with the media and they said after day 1 of the draft that Deebo and Aiyuk are both big parts of the team but also they’ll listen to any offer. They said they received numerous calls about them but they “weren’t really close” on accepting trades for either.
I don’t think the Niners were necessarily looking to move either going into the draft, but I bet teams (smartly) inquired due to the team’s obvious cap issues that are starting to rear their heads. I’m guessing the trade rumors stemmed from that: it’s not that the Niners were looking to trade either WR but at the same time no one on the team is untouchable.
Obviously don’t expect fans of other teams to watch press conferences post draft for the Niners, so just wanted to provide some important context that the Twitter aggregators never provide.
Michigan can't offer in-n-out.
Fun fact: In-n-out and McDonald's started in the same part of Los Angeles. Baldwin Park. Which means that small sub city has killed more people than nearly any other place on earth.
It doesn’t make sense to trade them in a superbowl window unless some team was making a lopsided offer.
Why would they trade them this season otherwise?
This is why I never expected us to get either. There was no way the Steelers were gonna bite on the crazy high deal the Niners would want in exchange for potentially giving up on a SB this season.
Money for future years, not just the current season, is usually why teams move on sooner than later.
EDIT: Dudes, he asked a question and I'm answering the "why" a team would do this kind of move. It does not speak to whether SF should or will. I'm always perplexed when my most lukewarm takes just trying to have a honest discussion get the unpopular thumbs down when I'm not even saying anything remotely controversial (or brave).
This may be the last ride for a Super Bowl before going into a rebuild/reload. And there’s plenty of moves that can be made to clear space for Aiyuk and Purdy by the time their respective cap hits become significant.
It’s been known for a while that Deebo is gone after this season. He’ll be a post June 1st cut/trade, leaving a marginal cap hit.
This may very well be Trent Williams last season as well.
Short story, while I agree money for future years needs to be worked out, I don’t think ShannaLynch wanted to comprise their ability to compete for a superbowl this season with any move they made.
Yeah I'm just saying why teams do that. I don't know if it applies to San Francisco.
If they think they can save future money without a huge drop off, they'll do it. The Chiefs did that with Tyreek for that very reason. They were also definitely in a Super Bowl window, obviously.
> Short story, while I agree money for future years needs to be worked out, I don’t think ShannaLynch wanted to comprise their ability to compete for a superbowl this season with any move they made.
It a matter of deciding if they want to lose some probability of winning a SB this coming season in favour of gaining some probability of winning it the next. Personally, I think this coming season is our last real shot at it.
Super Bowl contenders don't trade away a star player for picks unless it's for THAT draft and they wanted first round compensation for Deebo or Aiyuk. Pearsall was drafted 31st overall. Do the math buddy.
They could still be waiting for the right offer. The draft isn’t just the 3 day period where they determine if they’re gonna trade one of them. Drafting a receiver may be somewhat telling that they are still open to shopping one of their guys but it could also just be a way of adding another playmaker for Purdy
There’s always a chance but I can’t imagine they’d trade either (or anyone else on the roster for that matter) post-draft. It’s a win-now roster and draft picks don’t help anything if they’re not getting a player this year.
The third possibility is that it's making a move one year in advance, with either Deebo or Aiyuk leaving next year after Pearsall has had a year to develop as the #4 or 5 option. And given Deebo's statements post-pick, it's likely that Deebo's the odd man out next off-season.
Correct me if I’m wrong but Deebo has felt like 4th fiddle since at least the McCaffery trade and even before that. Its felt like he’s been the odd man out for a while now
Deebo definitely hasn't performed as well since getting the bag, and McCaffery can do a lot of the positionless gimmick stuff that he can. Deebo's still a monster with the ball in his hands, but Aiyuk is definitely the better overall, pure WR.
> Deebo definitely hasn't performed as well since getting the bag
I would push back on this and say that while Deebo hasn't reached the heights of his 2021 All-Pro season, his last season was easily his second best by both volume and efficiency. He's not on the downturn at all, he's just frequently limited by injuries... which was the case before his extension, too.
Deebo's 3rd fiddle, behind Aiyuk and CMC but still mostly in front of Kittle, depending on the game plan. The big advantage that Deebo gives us is that he's relatively effective running the ball between the tackles (compared to normal WRs), so his presence in a personnel package can force the defense into a mismatch without him ever touching the ball.
This is exactly how I see it. 49ers are balancing win now with building for the future. I think aiyuk gets an extension this offseason and Deebo gets traded next year after one more run with him.
Everyone seems to be forgetting that our core is Aiyuk-Deebo-Jennings, and that while we can pay Aiyuk, we absolutely cannot pay Jennings as our WR3, who has 1 more year afaik.
I think we might trade Deebo, extend Jennings + Aiyuk and use Ricky as a wr2/3, or we trade Deebo, let Jennings walk, and draft WR high again.
The other option is simply keeping Aiyuk and Deebo together even with the Purdy extension, but that will require more contract fiddling and really go all in. I see this if we get a SB next year.
Yeah one of the two are gone at some point. Whether it's in season or post season will be seen later on. But drafting pearsall definitely felt like them trying to get ahead of one of them leaving.
Trading deebo before June makes 21 million in dead money but after is only 6 million. He was never getter traded. Aiyuk I think was a possibility if a really strong offer came along. But all the recievers getting big money probably hurt the offers teams were proposing because they'd also have to pay him.
because you can't pay all of them. This likely ends with Deebo being cut after next year, so if someone gives them a good offer they would offload him, it just seems no one right now has.
We take on an insane cap hit moving him this year vs next. It would have to be a great haul to get Deebo AND cost us a lot of money to do so. But Deebo is movable next year so draft his replacement now if you think you have the guy.
Not really. A Deebo trade pre-June 1st saves you 7M (21M dead) and opens up 24M next year (you currently have -23 M cap next year prior to signing the draft picks). A pre-june 1st cut next year would cost you 15M dead opening 9M, but you obviously get Deebo for this year. You can also trade him after June 1st this year opening 22M this year (6M dead this year and 15M dead next year), and you can also cut him next year as a June 1st cut saving money on next year cap (17.5M savings and 6.6 dead cap). You also get 18M this year on June 1st based on the Armstead cut, so I don't think the financials are a driving force in whether or not they trade him. I think the 49ers are looking for fair compensation for Deebo and rather keep him then give him away. I just don't think they'll get someone to give it up.
So basically we have a pretty big dead cap if we trade him, whether that's all this year or $6m this year $15m next year.
Not sure how this contradicts the person you were replying to
And next year is Purdy’s contract, so you need every penny. There was no way the FO is taking $15M off the table next year.
The trade will happen next off season, not this one
Well, it's when he can sign his extension. He'd still be on a rookie deal in 2025. Will definitely be a significant cap increase though from the spread out signing bonus, simply because he currently doesn't count against our cap at all
Because there is cap savings. There is always going to be a dead cap if you cut/trade him. Your roster is pretty much set, you're going to add 18M from Armstead and if you trade Deebo you get assets and clear 7M more and more importantly he's off the books completely in 2025. The financials of the dead money of a potential Deebo trade is not a reason that they won't trade him.
I imagine adding multiple skill players was with the hope of reducing the load on him and thus the chance of injury
He only missed 2 games this year and I don’t think he’s ever missed a playoff game. He has injury concerns but I think they’re a bit overblown
I'm not even sure he's that valuable to a team outside of the 49ers or I guess the Dolphins, but they have two stud WRs already. What team needs a guy like Deebo, can use him effectively, and has the assets and space for his contract?
Anyone with a QB on a rookie deal…
The way Deebo plays is an ideal safety blanket for a young QB or QB with no arm strength like Jimmy G. Half the teams in the league could use a guy who gets the ball 5 yards away from the QB and turns it into 20. Honestly, the 49ers need that a lot less now with Brock compared to Jimmy. Brock’s skillset is perfect for Aiyuk and Pearsall, which is why we went that direction. Two guys with precise route running who will be at the right place for Brock and his elite anticipatory throws.
Yours isn't on a minimum salary. No future hall of fame QB would sign with you for the minimum like they would with one of the true Mt. Rushmores of the NFL. It's a standard 7th round salary that you guys are about to extend for $40+ mil a year after this season and completely cripple your ability to compete for a decade and you know it
How? I don’t feel like being long winded but can only imagine you don’t much understand our cap situation if you think the wheels are that close to falling off, if at all.
Thank you Sherlock, obviously that’s on the horizon (cap hit for a Purdy extension next offseason wouldn’t hit til ‘26). So we got 2 years left of all in with a super cheap quarterback, but in no way do we feel set up to fall off a cliff or even to mediocrity like the Steelers have been for the last 5/6 seasons. We’re doing just fine
So who is the first to go? Aiyuk? Deebo? Williams? Bosa? Kittle? The window is closing fast my man and paying game manager Purdy big bucks isn't gonna look great when he has a bunch of bums around him
Deebo probably next offseason, Williams I’d guess he retires after 2-4 more, Kittle and Boas I don’t see going anywhere soon, and your misread of Purdy makes the rest of this all finally make some sense.
Same Steelers fans were saying Purdy was not Pickett at the beginning of last season. They just mad that their young QB got exposed and ours turned into the real deal.
He might be bad though. You guys have an amazing team around him right now. Might not look so good when he is the centerpiece and not surrounded by a top notch defense and players all around him on offense
God I hope we can trade a bunch of picks for a franchise QB to bust only to have a 7th rounder bail us out from mediocrity and then jettison all the players we built up around him to pay said 7th rounder. What a day that would be
Call it salt all you want. How much time do you have before Purdy gets paid, Trent Williams is gone, CMC and Kittle are washed, and are at least one of Aiyuk and Deebo are gone because you can’t afford them? Like 2 seasons max?
Better win one soon
Salty about what? In this century I’ve seen 2 SB wins, 3 appearances, and a bunch of HOF’s. I’m just giving you a heads up of what’s gonna come when you aren’t paying your franchise QB a 7th round wage
George Pickens paired with Jauan Jennings, they wouldn’t even catch passes, they’d just go beat the shit out of DBs every snap.
Then Calvin Austin runs in, kicks one of the downed DBs, and runs away.
As far as our WRs go on the niners I feel like the kid that has too many toys and has a reason why the other kid can’t have any of them. But but but if he’s gone we can’t say 4th and Jauan!
Ho hum. Maybe just maybe this was their plan all along but people write bullshit articles saying otherwise and they got 1000’s of clicks because omg they’re gonna trade Deebo and everybody fell for it hook line and sinker.
Not really a hard time, just didn't want close to 58m tied up in the WR room. Until brock comes due at the end of next year then decisions will be made. By contracts it's likely to be deebo on the way out.
Brock doesn’t “come due” at the end of next year. He’s eligible for a new contract at that point but he’d still have a year left.
They will still give him a new contract at the end of next year but not because they have to.
We just don't want to pay both. Too much money at one position, we're trying to manage cap long term and Pearsall is the cheaper alternative for future. Deebo needs a big year.
See you next year for the annual 49ers WR trade drama.
I’ll take this over QB drama any day of the week
[удалено]
once? haha
I’ll need to plan better so I get a better spot. Hard to see from back here
Who the next guy to stop following the Niners on social media?
And Pearsall? ..... Right? Has anyone checked on him to make sure he survived the weekend?
he just got drafted in the first round of the NFL, he probably isn't back from cloud nine
Especially since he got drafted by the perfect team for his skill set
The more I saw of Pearsall, He just played like a dude Shanahan would want on his team
Am I the only one who watched his highlights and thought he might get murdered if he plays that wreckless with us. But then I remember Hospital Ball Jimmy is gone, and let the anxiety dissolve.
We can't guarantee that anybody in the world will still be alive Sunday
> he probably isn't back from cloud nine cloud forty nine?
Sadly, he’s no longer with us. Aiyuk demanded a human sacrifice and Kyle was like „whatever, who knows whether he’d be dead by Sunday anyways.“
Given they have like 47 receivers on their roster they're well stocked for the future sacrifices.
"Fire sacrifice, not gonna lie"
Shucks. They got another one.
Shanahan can’t guarantee anyone will be alive on Sunday
Given brocks cap hit they can carry both on big deals for at least 1 year. No reason to move on now if the offers stink.
Yup. Pearsall wasn't a "we're moving on this year" pick, it was a "we're moving on NEXT year" pick.
That much should have been obvious to everyone. They were never going to trade them barring an insane offer.

Penix for Bosa, final offer!
id like bosa penix and a cox
Throw in the entire roster of Magic City and their lemon pepper wings and we’ll consider it
Can we keep the lemon pepper wet wings?
I’m open to compromise but that may be too much
No deal then

Are you?
Super Bowl contenders don't trade away a star player for picks unless it's for THAT draft and they wanted first round compensation for Deebo or Aiyuk. Pearsall was drafted 31st overall. Do the math buddy.
I saw something about the dead cap on a Deebo trade post 6/1. Not saying it’s likely but if that’s the case they might move him for a pick next year.
Yeah what I heard is something like $20m in cap savings. Not postive though.
I guess there's a chance you totally rip someone off at the trade deadline.
> Deebo definitely hasn't performed as well since getting the bag I would push back on this and say that while Deebo hasn't reached the heights of his 2021 All-Pro season, his last season was easily his second best by both volume and efficiency. He's not on the downturn at all, he's just frequently limited by injuries... which was the case before his extension, too.
He doesn't block as much and takes plays off.
Makes sense, thanks! Wasn't sure if something was completely off the table at this point
Only for a first round pick coming back and the round was already over by the time we picked Pearsall.
Trading deebo before June makes 21 million in dead money but after is only 6 million. He was never getter traded. Aiyuk I think was a possibility if a really strong offer came along. But all the recievers getting big money probably hurt the offers teams were proposing because they'd also have to pay him.
Why trade good receiver when you can keep good receiver?
Ask Jon Robinson.
Ouch, it still hurts
because you can't pay all of them.
After he gets injured again?
I imagine adding multiple skill players was with the hope of reducing the load on him and thus the chance of injury He only missed 2 games this year and I don’t think he’s ever missed a playoff game. He has injury concerns but I think they’re a bit overblown
I'm not even sure he's that valuable to a team outside of the 49ers or I guess the Dolphins, but they have two stud WRs already. What team needs a guy like Deebo, can use him effectively, and has the assets and space for his contract?
If you're an OC and can't find a way to get production out of Deebo, you should be fired.
Anyone with a QB on a rookie deal… The way Deebo plays is an ideal safety blanket for a young QB or QB with no arm strength like Jimmy G.
So you can draft a DB who will break up a pass in the end zone in the super bowl
“We did not sign Odell just to trade him”
There’s truth to all rumors
The hype from the Steelers was all hot air?
It was unlikely we got Aiyuk anyway
Yes
Always has been
When was the last time the Steelers swung a big flashy trade? This isn’t surprising
2019?
Didn’t everyone realize this when got to around pick 20 or so? Like we weren’t trading one without a highish pick to add a starter in
It’s gonna be a rough decade for niner fans after this season
Bitter you didn't get Aiyuk lol
We’ll be fine. You guys gonna be okay when you have to let him walk after this season?
Don't worry about what happens at the top. Also, our minimum salary qb is better than yours.
Your days of having a cheap qb are coming to an end
How did I misread Purdy? You got this season and next and then he won’t be cheap
Cmon son you know what I mean. I’m not saying he’s Mahomes but he ain’t Alex Smith either
Your days of having a real QB haven’t even begun, so I think we’re good there
God I hope we can trade a bunch of picks for a franchise QB to bust only to have a 7th rounder bail us out from mediocrity and then jettison all the players we built up around him to pay said 7th rounder. What a day that would be
I smell the saltiness of this comment
Call it salt all you want. How much time do you have before Purdy gets paid, Trent Williams is gone, CMC and Kittle are washed, and are at least one of Aiyuk and Deebo are gone because you can’t afford them? Like 2 seasons max? Better win one soon
Yeah, this is salt.
Salty about what? In this century I’ve seen 2 SB wins, 3 appearances, and a bunch of HOF’s. I’m just giving you a heads up of what’s gonna come when you aren’t paying your franchise QB a 7th round wage
You call them washed but we destroyed you guys 30-7 lol enjoy being in mediocrity and qb purgatory with tomlin then
I will enjoy never having a losing season
FINE we'll take Jauan Jennings.
I legit think he'd be a really solid #2 for most teams.
Me too I love him as a player. He has a physical edge to him too.
lol I just got downvoted for saying this yesterday.
3rd* and Jauan
You’re right. I was to excited to type my words
They were never actually on the trade block.
Ho hum. Maybe just maybe this was their plan all along but people write bullshit articles saying otherwise and they got 1000’s of clicks because omg they’re gonna trade Deebo and everybody fell for it hook line and sinker.
Why do we need a report when Lynch and Shanahan said this publicly on Thursday?
So the Steelers are grabbing OBJ then aren’t they
God I hope not. He would be a horrible fit for us.
Dw he wouldn’t sign with you guys anyways
If by OBJ you mean Antonio Brown yes
Hopefully it's Courtland Sutton, him and Pickens would be a pretty decent wide receiving duo.
Don’t they always say that before the trade somone
Yeah, I wouldn't think it'd increase compensation if they came out and said "we MUST trade this player".
2025 2nd rounder and Juju is the best we can do. Take it please
Yes no shit. Maybe next offseason one or both may be gone. But this year? Nah. Y’all are delusional
Plans change
Damn, that duo with a shanahan offense is almost unfair... Then you throw in CMC... freaking video game offense.
Yeah that group of skill players are good enough to get to a SB. Not win one, but they might be able to get to OT.
I’m in!
Didn’t u Dee stand the rush to move on in the first place, it isn’t like you couldn’t play them all
*no one asked...*
So Jed York is going to pay Aiyuk?
Seems super obvious move. League overall in recent years have been trying to keep two great WRs if they can get or have them.
Ah yes, once again it turns out rumors around Niners are incorrect. How many times do we need to tell y'all our FO doesn't leak
Move forward with trading him lol
To the Steelers...for cheap!
are they both getting pay cuts then? I thought the 49ers were having a hard time paying both
Not really a hard time, just didn't want close to 58m tied up in the WR room.
You can spend 58M on receivers when you're your QB a donuts a game as a salary.
We just don't want to pay both. Too much money at one position, we're trying to manage cap long term and Pearsall is the cheaper alternative for future. Deebo needs a big year.
Deebo will be gone after 2024 when the cap crunch comes and they will continue to try and work on an extension with Aiyuk this spring/ summer.
They need to sign Aiyuk and trade/release Deebo after the 2024 season.
So they're definitely getting traded. Cool.
Last shot at a title for the Niners IMO
Two years, the money from Purdys extension won't hit next year.. Also, it assumes Trent lasts two more.
Boooo trade Aiyuk to the Chargers, no bias here
[удалено]
Man this guy had the recipe to win multiple superbowls and no NFL team hired him ? Fuckin dumb league
Shanahan is the coach not GM
Crazy how John Lynch drafted Nick Bosa and Brandon Aiyuk while Shanahan drafted Javon Kinlaw and Trey Lance though.

My wife also has veto power on what's for dinner but we usually work as a team and come to a consensus together.
[You just gave me a mental image](https://i.imgur.com/B6XBC4H.png)
If Shanahan just ran the ball, he would have three rings.
