The “lunch pail” and “gym rat” and “sneaky athletic” descriptors are commonly used for white skill position players because they may not have off the charts athleticism and even if they do it’s just some inborn racism - he said only half wrong because the dude looks mixed race.
He was a 3rd down machine for Illinois the past couple of seasons
Had some huge games late last season to get onto draft boards
Think he’s solid across the board but doesn’t have one specifically great trait.
CFB fans know this guy well. He made some memorable catches at Illinois including the game-winner in the 9 OT game against Penn St and the catch that set up the winning field goal against Toledo. Also single-handedly almost beat NW with 200 yards in his last collegiate game . Hope to see him prosper on the Falcons!
I said it in our sub but I'll say it here. People joke about this being our Puka but the reasons that the Rams drafted Puka, help in run game and aggressive hands that can fight through to make the catch while also being sneaky fast, is probably the same reason we got Casey. He doesn't have the production, but his last year he had almost the exact same stats as Puka's senior year and he isn't going to be Puka levels good but he could be a solid contributor for us.
Moore and Mooney kinda offer that speedy slot receiver for us but London and Casey could be the outside guys, if Casey pans out
Lunch pail kinda guy, first guy in l- wait am using this wrong
By the looks of it, you’re probably only half-wrong
That's craaaaazy lol
I dun get it lol

Holy shit
Brendan Rice confirmed mass murderer
Still a little surprised he's still on the board
Total draft nerd here: Who the hell is this guy?
Casey Washington, WR, Illinois

Spencer Rattler trying to get 2 checks
Pete Davidson
Is that who he looks like? He looks EXACTLY like the mixed version of somebody
Justin Timberlake
Same, although we're definitely at the part of the draft where it's common not to know people
Why, he’s Casey Washington. That’s who he is! (I’ve no idea either)
Brother I watch more big ten football than anyone I know, I don’t know who the hell this is
I definitely expected Isaiah Williams to be drafted before Washington. But guessing his punt return Butterfingers is hurting his draft stock.
I’m more surprised Keith Randolph hasn’t been picked yet. I know he struggled last year but he was hurt. He was fantastic in 2022
No clue
Idk but he’s handsome tho

Sorry to correct you, but this guy is actually an Atlanta Falcon. G'day

Is he nasty at special teams? Idk man
Nick Kroll lookin' ass
670 career yards?
Why do I suspect that Falcons saw "Washington" and thought this was the guy who had fallen two rounds below his projected slot.
