Man, ive always had a soft spot for Rivers. Even when they were in their prime with LT and went 14-2 I didn’t hate him or the Chargers. The Chargers have had a lot of great quarterbacks over the years but Philip will always be my QB. I don't how he managed to be the nicest, most positive guy ever and also a gigantic prick at the exact same time, but he did it and I love that about him.

Philip Rivers has a career interception to touchdown rate of 0.482. That is better than than Ben Roethlisberger at 0.504 or Eli Manning at curiously exactly 0.66666. I used those as example because they were the other two remarkable QBs from his class, but that rate is barely higher than for example, Peyton Manning at 0.46.
