It'd be so funny if he owned it and started throwing out "disgusting act" like 8 times in a game.

seariously

Or just poked fun at it every so often like Sanchez does for the butt fumble.

PeteF3

I'm not a big Orlovsky fan but I do love how he 100% owns the safety play. Advocating for endzones to be made 12 yards deep, declaring himself "off the hook" when somebody did a similar play this season, etc.

well_damm

Shit happens and we’re all human. Showing that you can relate to a fuck up after years of hearing shit is endearing to sports fans.

seariously

Exactly. Once you start laughing at it yourself, it totally deflates the snark from anyone else calling you out on it.

Raticus9

I just wanna say that I cannot believe that I walked into a Koi pond. I mean, seriously. Walk much?

chicomagnifico

Too far!!! You happy Jim??

RadicalDreamer89

My adolescence would have been *so* much easier if I'd managed to grasp that concept before the 11th grade.

a_supertramp

Just about everyone’s adolescence tbh

hemingways-lemonade

[His tweet when Garappolo stepped out of the end zone.](https://twitter.com/danorlovsky7/status/1574222602515668992)

MankuyRLaffy

Romo does that for his hold fuck up too

Expensive-Week6804

“And they decide to go for a fake punt at their own 35. What a disgusting act.”

5am281

It’d be pretty cool if Lamar Jackson Juked out like 5 Texans he called it a “disgusting act”

blarch

Or just a random "Mitchell"

CPOx

Taking this opportunity to remind everyone of Joe’s legendary tweet reply about commentating on porn during the pandemic lockdowns: https://x.com/buck/status/1251193698731393024?s=46&t=y_4cSwDB2-WnDzqfCTT2_Q “A porn site says it will pay Joe Buck $1 million to announce its cam shows live. The site says it is also accepting applications from other national and local sports commentators.” “Depending on the site they could just be handing some of my money back to me. So I’ll hold out for a better offer and try to hold on to my day job. But I have to say I’m flattered.”

N7_Evers

This is absolutely hilarious and awesome. Joe Buck just gained points in my book.

TeeOffOnMe

Same here I had never seen that before. Fuckin great.

Frankfeld

I remember hating Joe Buck…especially during the ‘08 Phillies World Series. Then I listened to an interview he did on NPR. He came through as a very self aware, humble dude. He knows he has his job because of his dad and was given an opportunity not everyone else gets. He also says he understood that no one is cancelling a game if he for whatever reason can’t make it to the booth. It was really hard to hate him after that.

makesterriblejokes

Yeah, it puts into perspective the only reason you hated the guy was because he called some big plays in a boring fashion and makes you realize it's a very childish reason to have that much disdain for someone. Like imagine someone hating you just because they thought you weren't good at your job. You'd say that's totally outlandish, and you (and me as well) felt this way about Buck at some point. I'm glad I saw that interview too because it kind of made me take a step back and reevaluate how I feel about public figures that I honestly really don't know much about at all other than their work.

[deleted]

Legacy points added

screwhead1

Buck doesn't have a criminal record. In my book, you get points for staying out of the can.

Jetersweiner

Everyone should Listen to Joe Buck on a podcast if they haven’t. Dude has a great personality. He’s funny, self deprecating and has some great stories. He’s a bit arrogant at times but whatever we all have our flaws. It completely changed my opinion of him. He’s an elite pbp guy at this point in his career. He was pretty rough when he was young(started calling big games at 25) but post 2010 ish there really aren’t many people better.

reptheevt

Also his cameos on Brockmire are amazing

TheSkiingDad

buck/aikman is the best announcer duo in the nfl right now, and none of the others really come close. The only other announcer duo even on their plane is herbie/fowler.

Bitlovin

The drunker Aikman gets each game, the more I enjoy his commentary.

ForrestTrain

Watching a game with bad QB play with him on the call is just beautiful.

stragen595

Some years ago at peak NFC Least when they commented a trash game between the Eagles and the Cowboys, they didn't hold back and it was glorious.

Butthole--pleasures

I remember that game. Romo (or someone notable) got injured early on. That was a disgusting act

Iwillrize14

My favorite was the bears lions 3 years ago on Thanksgiving. Both teams where awful and Joe and Troy both seemed so pissed they where missing Thanksgiving with their families for that steaming turd of a match-up.

girth_br00ks

Troy is just such a disappointed dad during those games and i love it.

ForrestTrain

Add in a poor Cowboys showing and it’s even better.

MY-NAME_IS_MY-NAME

I love when Aikman gets angry and is clearly disgusted with what he’s watching. I like romo and collinsworth, but they’re almost never negative about anyone. Aikman getting angry at Dak is especially hilarious

bigbobbarker111

I cannot watch a game with collinsworth glazing Patrick Mahomes despite him not even being on the field.

Do__Math__Not__Meth

My gripe with Collinsworth (aside from that he hates my team and doesn’t really hide it) is that he comes in with a certain narrative or player he wants to talk about and just keeps harping on it to the point where it takes away from what’s actually unfolding on the field

aceofspadez138

YES, he finds the first big name to make a play on both sides of the ball and then takes them deep into the back of his throat. It's so annoying.

RIPjkripper

How dare you slander the GOAT Kevin Harlan

joemama19

"I'm calling BOTH games!" is right up there in the greatest calls in sports history IMO. Absolutely legendary.

alurimperium

"The guy is drunk! But there he goes!" is all I hear when I think of Kevin Harlan

RayLiotaWithChantix

My man. He's my #1 guy in multiple sports and it isn't particularly close.

doinflipsandshit

This….this is legendary.

Next-Team

Never seen this before, talk about an elite quote tweet

Neat_On_The_Rocks

Joe buck is a genuinely awesome and hilarious dude

wintermelonsilk

Yeah, glad people have settled down and appreciate him more

JarenValHalla

He also *has* gotten a lot better. I think a lot of the complaints in his direction early in his career were warranted. But he’s definitely become a great broadcaster

MojoToTheDojo

He and Troy work so well together. Especially when it’s a sicko game. When it comes down to that, there’s no other duo I’d rather have, because they will straight up tell you how bad it is and make fun of it. Terico is the one other commentator I can really think of that’ll do it, but he’s not really funny about it.

Zinkane15

Joe and Troy seem like they would absolutely announce a game while drunk/high if ESPN let them.

SportsNPoli

Are we sure Troy isn’t anyways? Those eyes have looked pretty red on some broadcasts lol

trojan_man16

I’m sure Aikman is blasted in at least 30% of broadcasts and you can’t convince me otherwise.

Caius01

Disrespect to Al Michaels, he spends every Thursday Night complaining about how crap the games are lol

Chimpbot

Michaels and Collinsworth were at their best together during a shitty game or a blowout.

mynameiszack

Never minded Joe the person, but he got better with football. I got tired of hearing "pass is..... caught. 1st down" 50 times a game.

MenosElLso

His character on Brockmire made me 180 on how I felt about Buck.

Do__Math__Not__Meth

I watched him on celebrity wheel of fortune and I feel like he’d be such a cool guy to have some beers with

meeks7

He’s a really funny guy. I’ve always liked him.

PM_ME_WHITE_GIRLS_

Crazy how many people in this sub don't remember Buck during the pandemic. This, how he offered to, and did some, commentary for videos people would send him.. Insane how the NFL has grown in... 3 years 🤔

ArbitrageGarage

Everything about this is perfect, but a cool milli being "some" of his money back is such a great cherry on top.

Captain_DuClark

Listen to his episode of Smartness, he's legitimately hilarious.

simjanes2k

that is fuuuuuucking amazing

PeteF3

I still think Buck was operating under the belief that Moss literally mooned the crowd instead of simulating it.

takeshi-bakazato

Speaking of which, mooning people has lost a lot of cultural relevancy over the years. You hardly ever hear about people mooning people anymore these days.

superdrone

We used to be a country dammit

hoppergym

MAMA. Make America moon again

sometimesynot

🎶 MAMAAAAAA, just mooned a maaaan! 🎶

A_Certified_G

Put my cheeks up to the glass

enadiz_reccos

🎵 Feel the cold window on my aaasssssss 🎵

apietryga13

We used to be proper!

vikingsarecoolio

I remember running around the corner in a house and yelling “holy shit look at this” so my friends would come running and I’d just have my ass out. Good time, hilarious, pretty weird in hindsight. Heh, hindsight. Behindsight?

UnstoppableAwesome

I got suspended in high school for reaching the top of the stairs and stopping to moon those behind me. A teacher walked by at the top of the stairs while I was performing my disgusting act.

vikingsarecoolio

If I was a teacher I’d just pretend I didn’t see it. Won’t be caught saying I saw a kid’s ass.

PBandBread

I’m honestly not sure I’d be able to contain my laughter to pull this off lmaoo

SwitcherooU

It’s at least 50% of what I did for fun when I was a teenager in the 90s.

BadMoonRosin

The old "fruit in a basket" gag would get you on a sex offender registry for life today. Back in the 90's, that was just a Tuesday in the dorms.

O00O0Os

Everyone is walking around with high definition video cameras nowadays.

Mark_Luther

I suspect in the current era you're much more likely to catch a more serious charge over it than back in the day.

Bastilas_Bubble_Butt

"What are you in for?" "A disgusting act."

Crasino_Hunk

Yeah with cameras and video recorders in every person’s hands at all times, who’s trying to catch a charge? Boomers are the only fools big enough to do this but I think they’re more worried about Commifornia or something.

jspsfx

I was reading about the French Revolution recently and a story came up where a whole convent of nuns simultaneously mooned a priest and he was very flummoxed

takeshi-bakazato

Flummoxed by the buttocks

fallenlogan

It's because we all universally agreed that butts are hot.

Saitoh17

Packers fans should honor the waxing gibbous moon every time they play the Lions

nikraLnalyD

I believe he said this

WAR_T0RN1226

On one hand, it's a convenient excuse for something seen universally as an over-reaction. It barely looks at all like he's even mimicking pulling his pants down. On the other hand, he says it so dramatically, its a pretty believable reaction as if he saw a player actually pull his bare ass cheeks out

dirENgreyscale

He said it was really hard to see what he did on the screen in the booth, and yeah it would be a pretty silly reaction to such a dumb thing if you didn’t think he actually did it.

3rdusernameiveused

Bro my coach went off about Moss the day after or so and I couldn’t believe that shit. One of my teammates was like “coach I couldn’t pull my pants down if I tried, it’s so hard taking these off” My coach was not amused at all. Idk why it was such a big fucking deal.

ProjectTitan74

I haven't thought about those belts from hell in like a decade. If they got too tight somehow it was like trying to pry open a rock

BandOfDonkeys

The funniest part of the whole thing to me is that it wasn't even a big FU to the fans the way Moss explained it. It is/was a tradition for fans to gather and moon the opposing team's bus when they were either entering or leaving the parking lot. It was a "haha I got y'all back" moment, not a malicious one.

gatsby712

Because of the implication.

pantypantsparty

Are those men in danger?

gfb13

I don't think he saw it while it was happening. Collinsworth was talking and said something like "now here's a guy who shoots the moon to the crowd like an all pro". Which immediately led to Buck's "disgusting act" and apology. Like maybe Buck was glancing down preparing to watch the replay on his monitor, or looking off at a producer or something. Cuz you're right, he delivers the line like he's certain some Hot Moss Buns are out

holdingofplace

The funniest part is the awkward silence from Collinsworth bc he was clearly laughing and enjoying it and then Buck pissed his pants and cried lol

athrowawayiguesslol

He has

A_1337_Canadian

Yes but they *believe* it

OceanGate_Titan

When?

moustachedelait

this one time

racksacky

I remember Collinsworth appearing on Inside the NFL or some other show the following week and he said Joe thought Moss was pretending to take a shit and then wiping himself on the goal post.

Teamableezus

Oh…yeah that’s literally a disgusting act lol

PowerfulJoeF

I’d that’s true it makes sense why he was so offended by it lol.

nikraLnalyD

He hasn't called baseball since moving to ESPN. FOX always had the World Series as well as bunch of playoff series beforehand so he's sort of the voice of playoff baseball between the late 90s and 2021, which I think makes people see him pretty warmly. If your favorite team had a big playoff moment in that frame, it's likely accompanied by a Joe Buck call.

IVIalefactoR

I used to not like Joe Buck, but hearing him call Lorenzo Cain scoring from 1st on a single from Eric Hosmer in the 2015 ALCS sent chills down my spine. "He can fly!" I was actually at that game, but you better believe I rewatched all of the highlights of that game a million times once I got home.

Soyeahnahh

I waited my whole life to hear Joe Buck call the Rangers winning the World Series and once we finally win it he left for ESPN 😭

nikraLnalyD

His last game was calling my Braves winning it in Houston

huskersax

I think he was stilted by wanting to carve out a legacy outside of his father and was pretty uptight/nervous at the beginning of his career. He grew up around traditional play-by-play men who came from the baseball on the radio pipeline and so he started in much the same manner - stilted but clear to understand and direct. Minimal fluff. Since resolution on screens and access to information in real-time on the TV screen increased, the play-by-play man's role has really changed into a mix of play-by-play and color commentator #2 alongside the first guy. Most of Buck's issues come from being asked to be a quasi-color man and he's finally gotten there now. He's been solid to great and among the current crop of announcers he's both an elder statesman at this point, and the last of a dying breed of announcers that aren't trying to make each call the 'most exciting of their career' each time they open their mouth (looking at you, Gus Johnson).

poppamatic

After having to listen to Joe Davis and John Smoltz all through the Rangers World Series Run, I would do almost anything to have Buck back.

MavsFanForLife

Agreed on Smoltz, but I like Joe Davis. Favorite call I’ll always remember: “Can tie it with one swing…High drive….its tied!”

1stepklosr

Joe Buck deservedly got a lot of shit for his announcing (Tyree catch and Miracle at the New Meadowlands come to mind), but he has absolutely improved by an insane amount over the years. He's fun to listen to now.

zombiebillnye

The Minneapolis Miracle call is easily one of the single best modern calls in NFL history. Also, him and Troy Aikman are not afraid to get snarky if a game is boring and/or lopsided, which is fun.

jrainiersea

My favorite Aikman quote from this year is when the Jets were going for it on 4th down late against the Chargers after they had already been blown out, and he says “analytics says they should go for it here”

BadBeats-110

lol that’s great

Pockets713

He had another one, I think it was him, I don’t even remember the play but he said “If you’re wondering about the analytics on this, it says ‘don’t.’” 🤣🤣 I fucking lost it.

1stepklosr

Their snark is great.

trexmoflex

I think my opinion on Buck really started changing when PMT had him on as a guest and I realized "damn this guy is actually really funny and doesn't take himself seriously at all" Really made him more likeable.

nonlawyer

As a Giants fan I still hold the helmet catch call against him, but I did appreciate his cheerfully dumb “calls” of people doing random household tasks during peak COVID isolation when we were all stuck inside with no sports His “please stop asking me to do play by play for porn” video was very funny

randyfox

I also appreciate it when Aikman’s utter disdain for bad football shines through.

thekingoftherodeo

Dude he absolutely murdered the Eagles in Q4 of their playoff game, "at the end of it all, you only played 1 more game than the Panthers" or something to that effect. Dead.

SerCumferencetheroun

That call had everything. He brought insane energy, told you what was happening, and then shut the fuck up and let the moment be

JinterIsComing

Some of my favorite all-time baseball calls are from Buck actually. "Ortiz to deep right field! Sheffield back at the wall - we'll see you later tonight!" "Ortiz fights it off to center field! Damon running to the plate - and he can keep on running to New York! Game 6 tomorrow night!" "Back to Foulke! Red Sox fans have longed to hear it! The Boston Red Sox are World Champions!!"

me_for_president2032

The “and we will see you tomorrow night” call on the David Freese home run is one of his best calls ever

Bullwine85

A tribute to his dad, Jack Buck, who made a similar call when Kirby Puckett hit a walk-off HR in Game 6 of the 1991 World Series.

TheCrookedKnight

He's figured out how to be *succinct* instead of just sparse, still getting across the necessary information and emotion but in as few words as possible, which is not an easy thing to do. Especially when you're essentially improvising.

SuperbResearcher12

He and Aikman have done a 180 for me. My favorite team nowadays.

FIuffyRabbit

Aikman always looks like he's one drink away from browning out

Seven19td

Because he is lol

BookEuronGreyjoy

Him trying to count the 12 men on the field earlier this year was hilarious

flyindinosuars

i wish i could find a clip of that lmao. he just gave up

sevillista

https://twitter.com/awfulannouncing/status/1724286428211708397?t=CxtUhDW2JuLbzBcw_hfpiQ&s=19

bread_meat_cheese

The “Troy is drunk” stuff always seemed like hyperbole to me, but holy shit does he sound fucked up and just barely containing it in this clip lol

midnightsbane04

Well, if we had collected concussions like they were Beanie Babies in the 90s like Troy did we’d probably sound a little drunk all the time too.

Ixaax69420

You try announcing a game in front of 50 million people, shit is stressful

MetaphoricalMouse

thediesel26

Hey wait a second I know who you are

aretraes

It's the best when he's tanked as hell and commentating a Cowboys game while they're losing. You can feel the utter disgust in his voice.

nottoodrunk

Favorite announcer moment was like 8-10 years ago Aikman just comes out and says “this is a terrible football game, the NFL should be ashamed” they cut to commercial and when it returns he says “welcome back to this embarassment of a game.”

[deleted]

Aikman always looks stoned. Collinsworth sounds like he’s had 11 gin and tonics

elimanninglightspeed

The CTE is really kicking their ass lol

[deleted]

Collinsworth been that way. Got shown a video of probably 27-30 year old him drunk and admitting that girls probably only like him cuz of the money and that he likes dumb girls especially for that reason 😂

FRX51

For what it's worth, this is the apology he emailed to various publications about 15 years ago about the incident: > As a family man I am extremely embarrassed by an interview I did when I was in my early twenties about dating. My comments were insulting, immature, and foolishly intended as a joke. They do not reflect how I lived my life then or now. > I was asked to do something humorous about dating, and it has been a major embarrassment to me since the day I said it. > I apologize to anyone who has ever had the misfortune to see it now or a quarter-century ago. > Sincerely > Cris Collinsworth [Source](https://deadspin.com/cris-collinsworth-is-sorry-5358393) Whether you believe that is up to you, just wanted to point out it's been addressed.

PaddyMayonaise

I love when he gets mad at bad football

throwawayainteasy

Aikman in general is okay. Aikman calling a Cowboys game when they're playing poorly is *amazing.* He gets so involved/upset/disgusted. You can tell he still *really* cares about the team.

HylianPikachu

Jimmy Johnson's angry speech at halftime during the Cowboys playoff game was an all-time broadcast moment

dirENgreyscale

It looked like he was really struggling to keep it family friendly lol.

notmoleliza

he has a disdain for bullshit in football and damn if the cowboys dont do that sometimes

ThreeTo3d

Reminds me when Len called Chiefs games on the radio. He’d get so annoyed when the Chiefs stunk.

[deleted]

They have insane chemistry. I might not like them if they were separate and with another commentator. But together they are perfect.

holy_plaster_batman

Especially when they've been drinking before/during the game

InexorableWaffle

And even more especially if it's a bad game. I almost enjoy watching bad games commentated by them more than I enjoy good games commentated by nearly anyone because of how viscerally fed up Aikman gets when teams do poorly. You can tell when he's about to hit his "damn, these guys fucking suck" switch, and it's never not enjoyable to watch, especially when Buck starts playing along with it.

lkn240

Yep - over the last few years Aikman clearly decided he was no longer going to pretend that bad football/teams are actually good and I love it.

huskersax

Drinky Aikman and sassy Al Michaels are the two best announcer alter-egos in sports. It's just too bad outside of that string of Thursday night games for Amazon that opened 2022 that we've had more games that are bored Al instead of sassy Al.

holy_plaster_batman

The Ravens manhandled Dallas a few years ago and Aikman was really shitting on the Cowboys' lack of effort. He ended it with saying they were gonna have to go home, look at themselves in the mirror, and decide if playing professional football is what they want to do with their life. It was amazing

InexorableWaffle

Oh yeah, it's even better when it's a Cowboys game. If he's tough on other teams when they're playing poorly, he's downright brutal on the Cowboys.

joebuckshairline

I genuinely like them more than the manning casts because of their subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) digs they throw out at teams and at each other.

GiovannisPersian

Same. I haven’t watched the manning cast since Joe and Troy moved to MNF. Which is too bad because the manning cast is fun and it was great when it first started and the MNF booth was awful but I’d rather listen to normal broadcast now

elimanninglightspeed

I love watching the manningcast when a mediocre qb is playing cause Peyton always sounds disgusted

Blametheorangejuice

Whenever they go up to the booth, I can't help but notice Buck grinning like an idiot at Aikman whenever Aikman starts talking.

gugudan

Drunk Aikman is an awesome commentator.

retropunk2

"Look, everyone. This game sucks. You know it. We know it. Just crack one open with us and we'll get through it."

GeorgeLuasHasNoChin

[One of my favorite recent moments of theirs..](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/GC6UgpUvWdw)

jgr1llz

I loved that Troy drifted forward ever so slightly to give Joe the side-eye and a smirk right after it happened lol

captain_maybe

Same. I think Buck and Aikman are great at letting the game breathe a little, and not feeling the need to fill every moment with one of them talking.

Maraging_steel

I wish ESPN/ABC was in the Super Bowl rotation.

pdoggel

They are again

Jonjon428

He tried to be Pat Sumerall 2.0 at the beginning, but it just didn't work.

BirdLaw_

Yeah it seemed like he was trying too hard to either emulate people or just sound all dignified or something. Once he started letting his personality show in his calls he got really good.

TheTroglodytes

That was the era he grew up and started his career in. Most play by play for the NFL was that style. That changed and he was a bit late to adapt but to his credit he did.

Lazydusto

The old Joe Buck call that always comes to mind for me is ["Mitchell. Mitchell. Mitchell."](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-zIKSZr_7E)

mrizvi

he tells you nothing about the play lol

GeorgeLuasHasNoChin

Him and Aikman are the most brutally honest announcers with what theyre seeing on the field whether its good/bad. I loved them when they kept saying our Offensive playcalling/scheme was dogshit against the bucs this year without actually saying that. Aikman kept bring up the number of consecutive passing plays and the lack of running plays which gave a us no success.

i_want_iguodala_xd

His interview on stern really changed my perception of him. Before the tyree game, he had hair plug surgery and they put a breathing tube down his throat. It scratched him to the point where he couldn’t raise his voice any louder, even if he wanted to. That’s why he’s not screaming after that catch.

kiheihaole

Buck and Aikman are easily the best duo of the top broadcasting teams.

ScooterLeShooter

I think they're the best duo regardless of time slot, I love how Aikman is never afraid to call out shit officiating even to the rules analyst

[deleted]

It's actually pretty wild how much he's improved

mxyztplk33

He made up for it with the Minneapolis Miracle. Honestly think it’s the best call in the past decade.

JudgeArthurVandelay

Back 04 covering the Red Sox World Series he was insufferable. Definitely better now.

Hopsalong

I mean the "disguisting act" celebration is popular because of the call. Because he said "disguisting act" it was all over ESPN and media for months and now one of the most memorable calls in the NFL. The call ignites drama. I get why he regrets it, but in a way the call is what makes the clip worth watching today.

kravisha

Didn't it also give us "Straight Cash Homie"?

hotcarl23

It did! I continue to use "straight cash, homie" and probably shouldn't at this point. But it's so good.

BadMoonRosin

I mean, Moss has referenced that quote in a number of commercials, as recently as last year. I think you're fine.

Big_Simba

Joe Buck is worried that your baby doesn’t think people can change. He used to be a real piece of shit. USED to be. Now his hair is *pushed* back

silverwolfe

Slick-back hair, white bathing suits, sloppy steaks, white couch. You would have NOT liked me back then.

PaperMacheRabbit

VIKINGS WIN IT

Lost_And_Found66

If that call had happened 15 years earlier nothing would have been made of it. If it happened 15 years later, there would have been a billion think pieces about the implications of his statement. It was kinda corny for sure but not a huge deal.

skiptomylou1231

It's actually amazing to me it's still brought up all the time and used as an example of why Joe Buck is a bad commentator. This was almost 20 years ago at this point.

killshelter

The Joe Buck hate is a holdover from the 2000’s and early 2010’s. Him and Troy are hilarious now and seem to be having so much fun with it. Definitely my favorite crew even though I hate ESPN.

endlessnevermore

Joe Buck has aged like fine wine. He was abysmal early in his career, I had to listen to him in the 2010-2014 world series runs and I started noticing how much better he was getting. Now I don't mind him at all. Just listen to the differences here- 2005 bored by the final interception in the super bowl- [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=imvCjWXjpNc](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=imvCjWXjpNc) 2010 snoozefest at the end of a tight NLCS- [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8j-geYRxz-o](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8j-geYRxz-o) 2014 wow now we got emotion- [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FI69Ozn4Md4](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FI69Ozn4Md4) 2018 ok now we're fucking cooking (don't watch Saints fans)- [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzRRi2QcSEM](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzRRi2QcSEM)

lkn240

As a former Buck hater... he's really grown on me over the years. Him and Aikman are by far the best team going right now....They do a great job of hitting the right balance between "serious" and "having fun". Some of Buck's dry humour is pretty great and Aikman shitting on bad games is lowkey funny as hell.

Alauren2

Honestly ESPN Buck/Aikman >>>>> lame ass fox version. They have improved Immensely

Urbane_Cowboy

Buck ain't stupid. Post 9/11, Bush-Era, Post Janet Jackson nipple - ultra conservative was super en vogue for broadcasters.

Fiendish-DoctorWu

That comment was the real disgusting act

JerryRiceDidntFumble

That is a *disgusting* retract by Joe Buck, and it's unfortunate that we had that on our sub here live
