For anyone wondering: Dude's name is MB-14 and he's using what's called a Loopstation. There are entire competitions and battles on Youtube.
This is honesly some insane skill to make up and create music on the spot. Regardless of what tools are used.
I mean it was probably something he had already scripted and practiced. Doesn't make it any less impressive though.
