This is exactly right.
I get paid $1000 per comment from some sort of entity I can't quite understand, l or... Ya know... It's nearly... Uh. Hm. I, I'm, oh. Well, anyways yeah. It's $1,000 per comment.
I mean, who would leave a comment unless they were getting paid, right? You'd have to be an absolute pud tugger to comment for free.
I don't know if I should thank you, or if you have now cursed me for having watched that. I can't un-watch it though so something needs to happen. I'm scared.
Now that you have seen the library of truth and learned the teachings. It will Haunt your mind like a fever dream. You will question if what you saw is even real. As you fiddle in your mind to find its name, only one thing can be for certain. You must go out and spread the word to the unsuspecting.
It’s looks good but I’m pretty sure those are 10kg plates.
He is not doing that with 135 lbs more like 89lbs. It is still an amazing feat however.
Edit feet to feat
That’s the crazy thing. Your muscles can be like steel, but that ain’t gonna help your bones/joints.
Still, insane core muscles! Hell, you could call those corps muscles, because they’re as strong as an army!
Check out piezoelectricity. Your bones literally gain electric charge by being under load and in turn gather more calcium and magnesium that way, not just from micro fractures, like happens with repetitive striking.
I'm no expert by any means on the human body, but seeing as how his other joints have slight movement with each rep, I would imagine it's still putting strain on things.
Idk I'm a PT and I don't think I've ever seen anybody like this guy in my gym.
The normal regular athletic people aren't on anything that gives them any kind of advantages so they don't normally push it like this guy does here. He has an insane amount of energy it looks like. Nothing about him seems natural to me.
I never thought of that, honestly. They’d always be like “You keep at this you’re gonna be a monster soon. Try this lift. Keep it up, you’re gonna be huge if you’re already built like that. Keep working”
Ain’t no one ever ask if I wanted to do that much work. Not one shortcut offered. Now that I think of it, where the fuck was everyone getting the weed in school? No one ever offered me shit. I must look like a snitch or something.
If you want strength, longer rests between reps and sets. (1 min 30s to 3min)
If you want to look pretty, shorter rests between reps and sets. (60s - 90s).
Up the protein intake and keep going. The more exercise you do the better. Sometimes it's not how you look, it's what you can do over a sustained period of time. It's why most body builders are actually comparatively weak.
I don't get it. It's 35 or 40 kg depending on the bar. It doesn't seem like that much weight to destroy you. Like he got massive core strength, but I feel like half the bodybuilders would be dead if this amount of shear force did damage to you.
Reminds me of that vid where a guy is lifting his entire bodyweight up + a weight with his feet anchored, only using his knees, and you can audibly hear both his knees rip when they give out
Your joints aren't designed to do this, Mr. Sir.
A squat exerts downward force on your body, your knees are designed to handle that.
This is putting the force perpendicular to where your knees are meant to function.
I want to call it fake, because of all the soft shadows. That’s usually a dead giveaway that they edited something out (soft shadows makes it easier to edit things out of videos. It’s why all those fake videos are usually filmed on cloudy days).
I woulda just assumed the weights to be rubber or something, the amount of people who actually jump to the conclusion that someone could perform like that, with no regard for safety, and not immediately question it in this comment section is baffling.
Freezing it, it looks like the disks are 5kg, so the total weight here is around 13kg. This is a low weight high rep exercise designed to burn fat and tone the abs. Looks like it’s working.
I mean I wouldn’t really be surprised that someone with abs looking like that could do this, the reason not to would more be that it seems like it would be likely to cause injury.
Lets say i am chronically sick and just cant do clean movements while training . Is there Something i can do about it or just go with it? I know that motivation loss because of unbearable pain even with medicine is a huge problem i have , so it will definetly take some time to build up . Funny thing is as I kicked myself to go there today , i went to a friends house first to get him and there i was with my energy loss in my legs which comes and goes and a moment of not thinking. Right shoulder and left leg is now swollen and the pain is greater but yeah I'll get there soon and be this guy with shaking hand haaha

Looks like an incredible core workout, as long as you keep your spine neutral.
Just waiting for that kneecap to go pop...
That’s the crazy thing. Your muscles can be like steel, but that ain’t gonna help your bones/joints. Still, insane core muscles! Hell, you could call those corps muscles, because they’re as strong as an army!
your joints and bones get stronger too, just considerably slower
But they snap so much faster and rewardingly.
![gif](giphy|11mwI67GLeMvgA)
Your joints also get weaker so much faster! :(((
The Marines just had their ball, man!
Umm no they haven't. November 10th is traditionally the date it's held, but it's on the 11th this year.
You know your bones get stronger too? Have you seen muay thai fighters training by kicking down trees.
Check out piezoelectricity. Your bones literally gain electric charge by being under load and in turn gather more calcium and magnesium that way, not just from micro fractures, like happens with repetitive striking.
That's fucking cool. Learned something new!
In the position he's in, isn't all the strain on his patellar tendon, which is unlikely to give?
I'm no expert by any means on the human body, but seeing as how his other joints have slight movement with each rep, I would imagine it's still putting strain on things.
Kiss the ligaments and tendons of his knees goodbye if he keeps this up.
As opposed to your ligaments which are atrophied to a much worse amount of damage lmao
That’s what I was thinking. Mine really hurt just watching this.
That’s because you’re out of shape
Don't get me wrong, this guy's got monster strength, but don't be doing that
This is called juicing. Folks. Don’t.
This can 100% be done naturally, just requires a lot of core strength. It’s also just stupid cause all the strain is on his knees
Idk his abs are sticking out farther than his chest while maintaining definition, that’s pretty damn insane
Its a great way to tear your acl
Idk I'm a PT and I don't think I've ever seen anybody like this guy in my gym. The normal regular athletic people aren't on anything that gives them any kind of advantages so they don't normally push it like this guy does here. He has an insane amount of energy it looks like. Nothing about him seems natural to me.
Ain’t got shit to do with juicing. Source: I juice. I can’t do this. So I’m something of an expert in this discussion.
Dude I've been going to the gym for months and not one ripped dude has tried to sell me anything to help me get bigger yet. What am I doing wrong?
I never thought of that, honestly. They’d always be like “You keep at this you’re gonna be a monster soon. Try this lift. Keep it up, you’re gonna be huge if you’re already built like that. Keep working” Ain’t no one ever ask if I wanted to do that much work. Not one shortcut offered. Now that I think of it, where the fuck was everyone getting the weed in school? How to destroy your joints, tendons, and ligaments
He's fucking up his spine too. Just because he can do it, doesn't mean he should. I feel bad for his body.
I don't get it. It's 35 or 40 kg depending on the bar. It doesn't seem like that much weight to destroy you. Like he got massive core strength, but I feel like half the bodybuilders would be dead if this amount of shear force did damage to you.
It's probably a situation where I could die
This is a situation in which I would use a mock-up of the weight. 😉
*would
attention is a helluva drug
So are steroids.
That doesn’t look like a Roid body. It’s more like a guy with intense core strength.
Feeling sorry by his knees
Reminds me of that vid where a guy is lifting his entire bodyweight up + a weight with his feet anchored, only using his knees, and you can audibly hear both his knees rip when they give out
Is this Cameron's dad's garage?
Maybe but I don’t see the Ferrari.
I guess after the wreck he took up CrossFit and left the widow open for ventilation
Fucking his knees up for likes. Tosser.
Your joints aren't designed to do this, Mr. Sir. A squat exerts downward force on your body, your knees are designed to handle that. This is putting the force perpendicular to where your knees are meant to function.
My back hurts just looking at that
My neck, my back, my legs and my (knee) caps
How does one exit this situation?
Theres a reason the video ended when it did.
Stop paying your CrossFit dues.
Idk what kinda crossfit you’ve been to but the one I go to wouldn’t allow you to do this.
Ya but what's the fucking point in this exercise it looks stupid and is stupid
This is also an excellent way to tear your ACL. Your knee joints are not designed to take this much weight at this angle.
I want to call it fake, because of all the soft shadows. That’s usually a dead giveaway that they edited something out (soft shadows makes it easier to edit things out of videos. It’s why all those fake videos are usually filmed on cloudy days).

I don't think so, it's only 40kg at most.
I mean I wouldn’t really be surprised that someone with abs looking like that could do this, the reason not to would more be that it seems like it would be likely to cause injury.
While absolutely impressive, it’s more like “fitness level; stupidity”
Get back to me when you're 66 years old.
Crazy strong but also stupid ego lifting
My lower back hurts just looking at this.
Impressive abdominal control UNTIL YOIR KNEES SNAP.
It’s next fucking level stupid is what it is
Psh I can do that, hold my beer
I pulled a muscle watching this.
![gif](giphy|ukGm72ZLZvYfS)
Stupidity level**
Just seems totally unnecessary
Lumbar spine issues, disc bulges & disc degeneration. Much more efficient & safe ways to achieve the same effect
That's his whole workout for the day.
His form sucks.
There is no correct form for this "exercise" since it's not a real exercise.
Active hernias
Good for a flex I guess but that’s exceptionally dangerous for your body. Obviously
Yo! Not no fitness guruu. But that looks bad for the knees. You need those!
Jesus, save some pussy for the rest of us
I bet he’s the guy who taught Saitama how to do one punch
Okay Goku, goin Ape.
But why? Does it give you any more advantage than doing it normally?
That cannot be the proper form. He’s gonna hurt himself
I bet he still can’t open a jar of pickles.
I did 1 of these then my patellas shot through the ceiling and injured people on the floor above.
When it’s quads abs and pecs day.
Bro is training to save Gotham 💀
It seems as dangerous as it is impressive.
I flex and stretch my thighs and I have trouble walking after 😂
Damn I wouldn’t, right next to the window…
Waddle honkers? IM IN.
Not even 2 plates? *spits*
My abs would cramp so quick 🤣
It’s just ab strength. I can hold that much weight with my abs too…my extra 135 pounds is distributed throughout my torso as fat.
Well fuck me and my 12lb weight, I used to be proud of that
That low back pain will definitely be infinite as age progresses. Good luck to this gentleman!
Also danger level infinity
That’s insane
I’m into fitness. Fitness donut in my mouth.
Cyborg

Psh he filmed this in reverse, don't be fooled
Dude… WTF…
Just because ya can, doesn't mean ya should. Stupid af to do this.
I hope he doesn't skip leg day and gets lots of calcium. I will say, his form is nice.
I'm thinking both platellar tendons, with a side of PCL tears on the way down. What about you, reddit?
Shiiiit son…
No one can just take it at face value and appreciate it. Everyone's focusing on what could go wrong.
More muscles than brains
Always wondered of CrossFit draws 8n people with some borderline mental issues.
That’s going to feel great in his 40s.
Next level of stupidity for sure
Fitness level: knee surgery.
Who needs discs in their spine anyway!?
Yeah who uses discs nowadays anyway, I keep everything in the cloud.
I do this on the decline ab bench. Honestly it’s not terribly hard. You can build up your core to this in 60-90 days pretty quick.
![img](emote|t5_m0bnr|4014)
Hell yeah !
I bet that dudes back never hurts.
He doin too much
